I have had Pure Aroma Cleaning clean my home times.First time they did a great job & the women were great.Next I asked for a service for $20+tax to clean the outside kitchen.She did not clean it so I told ***.In bold print on their home page it says that if you are unhappy with your service, they will make it right within hours.This is not correct.He asked if they can clean it next time.I wanted to use them biweekly so I said fine[redacted] then charged my credit card $160.I called & asked him if that included the outside kitchen that they did not do & he said yes.I asked him if the price for my week service would be $- $plus tax and he said yes.That sounds as if the price without extras will be $weeks later we returned the night before the cleaners were coming from a late flight.I simply forgot.When the two original cleaners showed up I was half asleep,after hours of sleep, & she was so kind & said if this is a bad time they could

I have spoken with Ms [redacted] on Friday, for minutes regarding our serviceI assured her that we want our clients to be satisfied with our cleaning experience and I would have someone come back at no charge, to clean the items we missed before Labor DayI was out of town on the day of her cleaning, but I called the client back the following dayMs [redacted] stated she appreciated me calling her back and would take down all the negative comments on social media and Revdex.com, as she was upsetOn 8.29.16, she informed me that she would find someone to clean the home going forward, but appreciated my call backTo summarize our conservations with our client are as follows: · In regards to not cleaning the outdoor kitchen the first cleaning, we did miss the instruction on the work order to clean itI did speak with Ms [redacted] the day of the cleaning and she said not to worry· The every other week cleaning is $+ tax $which includes cleaning the outdoor kitchenWith the items we missed on the last cleaning, we gave Ms [redacted] the option to discount the cleaning $(included the outdoor kitchen from the first cleaning) which would be $Additionally, my office manager offered for us to come back, but the same day was fullMs [redacted] stated she wanted someone back with minutes, which we had no one available that day or the nextMs [redacted] stated that she would clean it· I do pride myself and our company to do the right thing for all clientsThe day we showed up to clean her house, our client asked to be rescheduled due to a late arriving flightI did call Ms [redacted] back to be sure our cleaners handled our reschedule procedure properly and to review our cancellation/reschedule policyWe then rescheduled the cleaningI treat all clients fairly, with respect and enjoy carrying on a dialogue with them· Finally, with our first cleaning with Ms [redacted] on 7.18.16, she represented herself as the recipient from a local hospital that we do participate in giving a free house cleaning to the “Associate of the month” This was given to her from an employee there, but it’s not what the spirit of the program in intendedI found this out when I spoke with her on Her first cleaning was freeFrom my last conservation with Ms [redacted] 8.29.16, she assured me this was settled and we would put this behind usRegards, [redacted] Pure Aroma Cleaning

I assured her that we want our clients to be satisfied with our cleaning experience and I would have someone come back at no charge, to clean the items we missed before Labor Day. On 8.29.16, she informed me that she would find someone to clean the home going forward, but appreciated my call back. To summarize our conservations with our client are as follows: ·         In regards to not cleaning the outdoor kitchen the first cleaning, we did miss the instruction on the work order to clean it. I did speak with Ms. [redacted] the day of the cleaning and she said not to worry. ·         The every other week cleaning is $148.47 + tax $160.72 which includes cleaning the outdoor kitchen. With the items we missed on the last cleaning, we gave Ms. [redacted] the option to discount the cleaning $50 (included the outdoor kitchen from the first cleaning) which would be $110.00. Additionally, my office manager offered for us to come back, but the same day was full. Ms. [redacted] stated she wanted someone back with 30 minutes, which we had no one available that day or the next. Ms. [redacted] stated that she would clean it. ·         I do pride myself and our company to do the right thing for all clients. The day we showed up to clean her house, our client asked to be rescheduled due to a late arriving flight. I did call Ms. [redacted] back to be sure our cleaners handled our reschedule procedure properly and to review our cancellation/reschedule policy. We then rescheduled the cleaning. I treat all clients fairly, with respect and enjoy carrying on a dialogue with them. ·         Finally, with our first cleaning with Ms. [redacted] on 7.18.16, she represented herself as the recipient from a local hospital that we do participate in giving a free house cleaning to the “Associate of the month”.  This was given to her from an employee there, but it’s not what the spirit of the program in intended.
