In response to the refund dispute customer stated he did not qualify but did qualify on 9/27.  On 10/5, after hours, customer put down $500.00 deposit to have GPS installed as requested by lender.  10/7 GPS installed.  10/13 customer spoke to lender stating they would sign...

paperwork.  Customer did not show or call going forward.  Why would you be approved for a car, 8 days later put down a $500.00 deposit, tell the lender you would be in to sign paperwork and no response?  Pure Automotive worked with customer for lending approval, customer failed to respond, resulting in lost sale days, labor cost and time spent.  Pure Automotive would have gladly refunded the down payment if customer would have responsibly communicated his position and Pure Automotive was not left with unnecessary cost and loss of a potential sale.  Sincerely, Pure Automotive [redacted]
