I cancelled my membership on 11/12, with my last payment authorized for 11/29. I have continued to be charged for two months and contacted them to notify them of the issue. They responded that they could only refund me "one month" because there was a "lack of documentation". However, they completely disregarded an email thread that I have documented with the owner who explicitly stated that my contract was CANCELLED and that my LAST charge would be on 11/29. NOT 12/29 or 1/29, 11/29!
As the new owner of Pure Barre Boulder, effective January, 2020, we apologize for any miscommunication regarding your request to cancel your membership prior to our ownership of the studio. After further investigation, we will issue a credit to you back to the date of request for cancellation, as exchanged with the previous Pure Barre Boulder studio owner. We appreciate your patience in the matter, while we gathered historical information pertaining to your membership and requests exchanged with the previous owner.
