We have attached copies of the SAME equipment being discussed hereWe have stated many times the prices that we sell our equipment for - I've never seen a product where the customer sets the Sales price - They are stating value is a few hundred dollars - and we sell just the Powerhead unit for $The other Non-Retired customers we have attached are priced at $for a New Patriot System and air cleanerand one paid $for the same equipment you have purchasedYou have paid less than both of themWe have stated that the exact equipment you purchased is spelled out on the receipt that you signedWe also don't sell 'filthy' equipmentIf you bought a car - I would bet that the tail pipe has carbon buildup in it and is 'filthy' alsojust as the complaint that there's some dirt on the inside of the hoseYou can always upgrade your equipment if you choose - you just have to pay the differenceIn this case it's approx$If you think we are expensive I would agree - I think many products these days arePrice a new Patriot system with an air cleaner out of Seattle, Wa - not far away - you'll see a very significant price increase from our prices alsoWe keep our prices more in-line with the local areaAgain thank you for being a customer - you'll get years of use from your Patriot system

They can upgrade the model they have and pay the difference if they prefer. A new machine will not last a week longer than the one they received - as they are completely gone through prior to sale - and give the same warranty as a new machine. In speaking with the customer initially - we were told the only dirt found was a piece of fuzz on the inside of the hose - not a filthy machine like he is mentioning here.

$799.00. The 2 other Non-Retired customers we have attached are priced at $3548 for a New Patriot System and air cleaner... and one paid $2348.00 for the same equipment you have purchased. You have paid less than both of them. We have stated that the exact equipment you purchased is spelled out on the receipt that you signed. We also don't sell 'filthy' equipment. If you bought a 2014 car - I would bet that the tail pipe has carbon buildup in it and is 'filthy' also... just as the complaint that there's some dirt on the inside of the hose. You can always upgrade your equipment if you choose - you just have to pay the difference. In this case it's approx. $1500.00. If you think we are expensive ... I would agree - I think many products these days are. Price a new Patriot system with an air cleaner out of Seattle, Wa - not far away - you'll see a very significant price increase from our prices also. We keep our prices more in-line with the local area. Again thank you for being a customer - you'll get years of use from your Patriot system.

Review: Promised a brand new,unused vacuum. What was sent was a second hand, very dirty. Contacted salesman, he respond home office would call and make it right. Been over a week without communication.Desired Settlement: Deliver what they promised. Or a full refund.
