They never stated on their order site that their PureCare lightbulb camera is not 5G wi-fi supported. It only supports 2.4 G This product is useless if you have anything above 2.4 G for wireless connectivity. I'm in the process of trying to get a refund. Also ordered on Sept. 17th and didn't receive until Oct. 4th. A case of false advertising. Beware they change their ordering sites too. 1 day it's Pure Care, and then all of sudden they are called Tech Trend. New site has exactly the same info, and video demo on install. NOTHING ABOUT NONE SUPPORT FOR 5G WIFI Additional info. They are not allowing this review to be submitted
I have reported this company to the BBB and will be reporting to the Federal Trade Commission. Ordered an item, received confirmation, requested cancelation within 24 hours and again 2 days later. Was told it shipped, had to request shipping. Chinese company sent confirmation of shipping back in July to a completely different address. 4 days after placing my order they acknowledged they had the incorrect shipping info and sent me updated stating it was shipping today. Per the order confirmation email I received I would receive shipping info as soon as it shipped. Which I still have not received. Requested cancel and refund. Company is now ignoring me. DO NOT USE as they are in China and could care less about your order or being honest.
I have paid for a pedometer watch but received nothing, not even a receipt or acknowledgment of order. The payment has been taken from my account. this is a scam
Cory and his team are phenomenal - Not only did he educate me on why dry carpet cleaning is better and more effective than wet carpet cleaning, he was able to accommodate my schedule when I moved into a new house It was so great to not have to worry about leaving my furniture in other rooms overnight while the carpet dried - It was clean and ready to use as soon as he was done! I can't speak highly enough about Purecare and the products they use - Highly recommend!
