Purchased a product that was suppose to be a free trial and then was charged $89.97 Sent product back but never received the promised refund.
On 7/13/2017 upon taking a survey I was offered a free trail off Garcinia Pure Pro if I just paid the shipping. I took the offer and the product arrived. On 8/7/2017, I noticed a charge of $89.97 taken from my bank account. I called and was told that it was a membership. I said I had not signed up for a membership or future deliveries and I wanted to cancel both. I asked how to get e refund and they said send the product back, call them with the tracking number and I would get a full refund. I did just that but never received the refund. I have called them many times and they tell me to call my bank because they show it was refunded on 8/17/2017. I checked with my bank and they said no it was not and there is nothing they can do to help me. I called the company back and they finally said they would escalate to complaint. I sent the email they requested and received one back from Will saying Dear Customer,

I did not hear anything back so I began calling again. Today 11/24/2017, they told me that they issued the refund to my card so it was no longer their problem. I told them I was going to call the Revdex.com and I hung up.
I would like a full refund from this company. I sent the product back and paid the shipping at my cost. I just want the $89.97 put back in my checking account.
