Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me with the amount owing adjusted to $as already discussed with the business However I would like to clarify to the business, my issue was NOT with the contract My issue was that in trying to find a resolution, the business stopped communications with me I already offered to clear up services rendered, but they chose to ignore my requests to try and find resolution It's too bad I had to go to this length to get a response from them, but I very much appreciate your assistance to this matter! Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Hi,I have attached my copy of the signed agreement, the invoice document that Pure Clinics provided, and a copy of the information from their website that outlines the program. I did not get the 'free consultation' mentioned on the website document. I also added my email correspondence where I asked for the meal plans and did not get them. I kind of gave up on it at the time which is why there is a gap in the dates before I finally had to stop the program and take my health decisions in a different direction*** *** ** *** ** *** *** *** ***Thank you, *** ***

The client enrolled in one of our programs at Pure Clinics in November of last year. The program includes a breakdown of sessions with each of our licensed healthcare professionals along with the many different advanced diagnostics we perform. Upon enrollment, the client signs a Patient Service...

Agreement which clearly outlines the company’s policies. Where the client’s challenge with Pure is in regards to our “no refund/cancellation and utilization of services” policy. In response to this issue there are numerous factors on why her request for a refund/cancellation of her contract has not been issued yet. Before a patient enrolls with Pure Clinics they book a consultation with the Clinic Manager to go over not only the services provided at our clinic but as well as costs, obligations and time lines. This consultation on average is between 1-2 hours and the client is given ample opportunity to have any questions answered during this time. If, at that time, the client decides that they want to move forward with purchasing our services, they then need to sign our patient service agreement. It is the manager’s obligation to provide this service agreement physically and review it with the client and ensure they understand what they are signing. Including that, this is also a binding contractual agreement between the clinic and the client. It is in the Acknowledgement section of this 1 page document, that the agreement clearly outlines that the client agrees that all fees are payable at the time of signing and that no refunds will be provided. Second issue pertains to the route with which the client chose to make payments.  The client enrolled the services of a third-party finance company to provide a monthly payment schedule over twelve months. This financing company is independent of Pure Clinics and have their own binding contract outlining the terms and agreements around payments. When the client contacted the clinic on June 21, 2017 asking to cancel the contract and stop program payments, she unfortunately did not realize that majority of her services of the program, $2410.19 of $3860.00 have already been rendered at that time by this client. The client is paying the monthly payments for the services already rendered by the clinic over a financed schedule that is owed to the clinic over twelve months. We are here to work with our clients and achieve an optimal solution.

This financing company is independent of Pure Clinics and have their own binding contract outlining the terms and agreements around payments. When the client contacted the clinic on April 7, 2017 asking to cancel the contract and put the program payments on hold, she unfortunately did not realize that majority of her services of the program, $1344.18 of $1989.75 have already been rendered at that time by this client. The client is paying the monthly payments for the services already rendered by the clinic over a financed schedule that is owed to the clinic over twelve months. We are here to work with our clients and achieve an optimal solution. We can cancel the remainder of the services of $645.57 if the clientagrees to pay the $1344.18 of services already rendered.
