I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I approved the card to be charged the remaining balance because I knew they would withhold my order and since I Have lost ~4 months worth of sales, I couldn't risk loosing another month. I Think I should still be reimbursed what that remaining balance was as a result of not only late delivery but 4 months, being told they would do it and also because they lost the original package and had to rush an order. I have been very cooperative and very understanding but believe I have been miss treated and taken advantage of based on the size of my order/small business. I think being reimbursed the last balance I paid of  $442.45. I also agreed to it thinking this mater had not been discussed or brought to their attention as I mentioned it and they dismissed my message regarding it.
