I ordered Keto melt from this company, they sent me 800mg, instead of the 1000mg they advertise. I still ,have yet to hear from them, after emailing many times and leaving many messages. My experience with this company is horrible. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered the KetoMelt product and decided I did not want it. I returned it within the 30 days and placed a copy of the invoice in the package. I contacted the number listed on the website and left several voicemails to get a return number. I emailed sales and received a ticket number which I thought was also my return number. I sent the product back with tracking and for signature. The product was delivered on November 22, 2019 and signed for. Their policy says refunds are issues within 48 hours. I have contacted the company by email and phone with no response. I am wondering if this is a "true" company or scam. I cannot get a hold of anyone when I call. I have tried their "live chat" but it does not work. Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you.

False advertisement I ordered keto melts pills from them 1000 mg as the picture showed and they sent me 800 mg I've made 16 calls to their business and left messages in their sales department in customer service department in on their regular answering machine and got no responses this company is a rip off and Should not be allowed to operate as a business.

They advertise like it's a hard cover cookbook until you read in little print it's pdf which is at the bottom. They need better service.

But anyways it also says 30 days money back guarantee so I told them I didn't want it and I'm still not getting a refund. They won't email u back for a long time and when they do it's always short terms. They don't have a contact number you can only get ahold of them through email which is very rare they email u back. But I've been fighting for my money from them since June 8th when I ordered it and it came as a pdf file and I still do not have my money back they just told me today that PayPal had refunded my money back to me which they have not so I got ahold of PayPal again and there trying to reopen the case but all I want is for something to be done with this website it's a JOKE and a half! And I want my refund my purchase was $47 for 5 cookbooks which is pdf file. Now I know it's a pdf file I told them I didn't want that I just want my money back.

On 6/29 I ordered the Ketosis Cookbook on line. I paid with a credit card - $47.00. I was told I would receive links to book and to bonus books within 15 minutes of ordering. I found phone number and tried to call it twice - XXX-XXX-XXXX. It didn't even sound like a legitimate phone number - certainly not for a business.
I have still not received links to cookbook.I think this company is a scam and would like my credit card refunded $47.00.

Problems with Product/Service/Refund Guarantee
I ordered the Ketosiscookbook on June 6, 2019 at 10:22 am .As soon as the order was made they sent me a message stating it was a download for all the cookbooks. I thought they were hardcover books.I I immediately contacted them via e-mail to cancel my order and to get a refund of $47.00 dollars. This was the purchase price. They sent back an e-mail and told me a Ticket was created for me (Ticket #KBILXXXXXXXXXX)and my receipt is #XXX-XXXX for payment and that they would respond to me within 24hrs. I have sent several e-mails to them (Sales and Billing Depts) with no response. I never downloaded any files because I was canceling the order. They offer a money back guarantee but they still haven't refunded my money.

This *** book is not a book but a *** pdf file containing nothing that anyone can't find on the internet for free. The double money back guarantee is a scam. Once you pay for this subpar product, your money is gone. Buyer beware.
Content is below par, contains errors and mismatch of picture and recipes. Easy to show something pretty of a picture that is impossible to reproduce in your kitchen.

The order was completed on Nov 18, 2018 @ 7:51am as soon as the order was made they sent a message stating it was a download for all the cookbooks. I decided I do not want to download 4-5 books into my phone. I requested a refund that same day. I didn't get a response until the next day. They keep saying the don't have my name in their system, I have tried to contact them for 2-3 days now the keep saying the same thing they evidently new my account to withdraw $47.00 dollars from my account. Seems like fraud to me. They never sent the download information either. BS

On November 4th, 2018, I purchased 4 cookbooks that depict hardcover books. I was disappointed to learn after purchasing that these were a digital download. I downloaded the books anyway in hopes of printing them off myself.

However, these recipes in the book are not Ketosis recipes and have both sugar and carbohydrates in many of the recipes. The books are also not properly typed out. It shows recipes and their pages but the pages do not match up with the recipes.

On November 4th, 2018 I received a Receipt from Ketosis Cookbook dated November 5th. I have the email I can forward.

On November 5th 2018, I contacted customer support (***@ketosiscookbook.com) for a refund and explained that these books have sugar and carbs in the recipe and are not Keto recipes.I also explained that I was not happy about the products.

I received a response from them on November 7th stating that because I have downloaded the books, I do not qualify for a refund and sent me a picture of their policy which does not say you cannot open these books to see if you're satisfied or not. It states if you READ these books are and not completely satisfied, they'll refund 100 percent of your purchase price no questions asked, within the first 30 days.

They have stopped responding to my request for a refund.

The site says if you read the books and they aren't for you, you get your refund and keep the books. In their terms it says you have to destroy any copies.

Ketosis Cookbook plus bonus books are presented as actual hard copy books but turns out to be poor qauility digital books.

Was a digital download- which I never downloaded anything and they refuse to refund even though their website says it is a full money back guarantee no questions asked. The site is very misrepresented in what you get and what they advertise.

I ordered the book, clicked on link and immediately realized that it was too small to use on my smartphone. Contacted the company within the 30 day guarantee No Questions asked Refund time frame listed on their website and they are refusing the refund because they said I downloaded it. I did not download it, I do not have any of their books downloaded anywhere on any device. I glanced at it and decided it wouldn't work for me.

I purchased their keto cookbook (') on-line November 11 assuming these were hard covered books.

When I got an email stating "DOWNLOAD books now" I was shocked. I would never had purchased them if I knew there were not hard covered books, AS PICTURED.
