I am writing this letter in reference of Revdex.com letter and issue concerning [redacted]. My business name and reputation is very important and so is that of my caring instructors.
I want to start by saying most of my staff of trainers has a medical background in a very caring field of nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and massage therapy.  They do this line of work because they want to, not because they need to. They love it like I do and that's why I chose them.
[redacted] signed up online under mind body.  This is a company out of California who takes care of our booking process. She check marked the waiver box at the time that she signed up and created her profile. ( no signature needed when they sign up online.  It is a box they check from their own PC).
She purchased classes shortly there after.
She began coming to classes and she wrote nice  reviews on our FACEBOOK site about our business and trainers.
She was signed up for a class on one of our 7 pilates reformer machines and also her mother.  She was in a car accident and we told [redacted] not to worry we would cancel her classes as she had texted us from the hospital about her accident.  She returned to her classes shortly there after. We asked her to consider waiting and she refused.  The instructors watched over her carefully. She then began to cancel several appointments there after along with her mother and failing to show up for classes.
There is a 24 hours cancelation policy on all classes. They are always welcome to sign up the day of class.  [redacted] had preregistered for several classes.  This disallows others to sign up for reformer pilates spots as it appears the spots are spoken for.  They were canceling just prior to classes sometimes with in minutes. We allowed a few occasions of this and then we had to put an end to this habit they were appearing to make use of regularly.  Our waiver online clearly states that there is a 24 cancellation policy.
The box was checked as she sign up.  Whether she chose to read this or not was her decision.
With only 7 pilates Reformer machines we need to be able to sell each spot per class.  This effected the trainers pay and also our small studio.  We are a small private facility. We work with small groups to make women feel more comfortable in there workout environment.  We have 1500 sq feet.  We do ballet, yoga, and reformer pilates. Allowing no more than 7 per class.
Also,  I was never informed that there was an issue, nor were my instructors until she posted a nasty picture and paragraph on Facebook. I caught glimps of this and tried quickly to remove it.
If she would have contacted me personally I would have found a way to resolve this matter the best I could.  She chose to Facebook message with me and she let me know it couldn't be fixed.
I had a copy of waiver at studio waiting for her as she stated she would be in to get it. She never arrived.
I am sad that a client is not happy.  On mind body you can clearly see our reviews. And we always try to do out best. If I can be of further help please let me know.
I do not feel as though she should have a refund.  Her continual cancellations and inappropriate behaviors. Have caused us time, money, and heartache (of a business I ,(and my staff )love and enjoy sharing with others).
Attached you will find documents that I feel will help you.  Thanks so much for your time,

I have messages from [redacted] on Facebook ( not a review as she states) that I am more than willing to share as they reference her comments.  It will show that I was polite and professional.  I tried to get her to calm down and discuss the matter in an adult manner. Never did anyone harass or talk about a client in a rude way. Our job is to build women up not hurt them.

Revdex.com:
I have attached screen shots of proof that it was infact a review and the email she sent me. She was in no way at all professional nor was she professional in calling me mother when I am 21 years old.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Review: Very rude and not understanding of health issues that arise that are beyond control. Instructors talk about you behind your back and judge you. Harassed my mother about her health issues. Harassed me when I left my review and said it was slander. Owner also stated I signed a waiver which I never did do someone there fraudulently signed my name and when I told her I wanted a copy of the paper she threatened to get an attorney because I am slandering them.Desired Settlement: I would like my full refund of all 20 unused classes. I would also like to know why they fraudulently signed my name.
