Pure Elements Spa

Review: I purchased a Groupon deal for Pure Elements Day Spa. My first experience was not bad at all so I purchased another package at $400. On the visits for those as soon as I came into the business they were not friendly at all. The owner did not acknowledge me when came in. The other lady that worked there never spoke, walked thru where customers were waiting and acted as if we weren't there. Finally after being taken back Michelle who actually helped me was nice enough though I had to wait almost 45 min before being seen with my appt. The next visit when I walked in no one was at the front desk at all. I set there for 15 minutes and another customer came in. We called out but no one answered. My appt was at 2:00 and we finally saw someone at 2:25. Both of us had appts at 2:00. When Michelle came in finally the lady waiting with me ask if Tammy was here today? Michelle said she didn't think so, she hadn't seen her things or her all day. The lady said this was the third time she had driven from High Point also and had been stood up. She stormed out and left. Finally after 45 minutes of waiting for someone to show up and my apt I was taken back. The room I was put in had the blanket on the bed that was used by the previous client that she just straighted up and put me on. Did not change the blanket to a clean one. When she lay me down on it it smelled as if it had not been washed in a while. I noticed the curtains over the windows weren't curtains but shower curtains that were taped up by the rings to the wall. During my session Michelle told me the business was moving to another location just off of 158 and that was actually where the owner and Tammy were at, painting. They knew they weren't going to be there but yet let their clients drive long distances only to be stood up. So what should of been me out by 3:00 I didn't get out until 4:25. It was too late to make it back to work in High Point by this time. I thought the whole business was unprofessional. I think they took advantage of customersDesired Settlement: I feel they took advantage of the Groupon customers to get them in and then they didn't follow thru with good customer service or treatment.
