My daughter received a Shakespeare Lady-Fish fishing pole as a gift. We had it less than a month and the bottom grip busted right off and got her hand. I have reached out for over a month to the company and no one has even acknowledge my complaint or even have helped.
Replacement First and foremost, I would appreciate a response from the company. I want a replacement pole for my daughter.
