disappointed
At first I loved Pure Flix, but then movies started freezing, getting around their tv menu is a joke. I can click once to go to the next heading and it takes me 2 heads up or down instead of one. I enjoy the movies (when they don't freeze up). Very few new movies. I am going on my 3rd year and am thinking this is enough. They need to spend some of their profits in making Pure Flix better. Billing Problems
We have had Pureflix for a period of time. This year we realized the programming has not added much additional programing and opted to take a break. Our credit card was on automatic payment. We decided to cancel the programing 2 weeks after another year started. We were told no credit would be provided and we are stuck paying the full amount until the end of next March. I will not use this service provider ever again if this is how they operate. Disappointed to see how the situation was handled.

Retract post-Rennet
I must retract my post about Pureflix showing a movie with extreme profanity. They were watching the movie on Disney!

Airing God’s name in vain for kids to hear
I finally hit rock bottom with this service. When they air a movie that repeatedly uses the GD phrase and then gives it a PG-13 rating, like it’s okay to say that if you’re old enough. That is not a Christian service to me. It makes them no different than Netflix.

Pure Flix went downhill really quick
We’ve had Pure Flix for about 2-1/2 years and it’s gone steadily downhill in programming, quality wise as well as new movies. Considered canceling since they just billed us $100. In January but after looking at some reviews from other customers we realized we’re getting anything back. We’ll cancel at the end of the year before they bill us again, with any luck maybe we’ll get to see at least one good movie between now and the end of the year. Save your money, we’ve had luck finding some good movies on Amazon.

Pureflix billing rip off
I just saw a charge on my account bill for Pureflix auto renewal. I was not notified and there is no refund policy. Don’t get Pureflix. It is not worth the money and they are unscrupulous in their business practices.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
They automatically charged my VISA with an entire year's subscription without even notifying me the subscription was up for renewal! Would not refund any of the amount charged even though I immediately notified them I wanted to cancel the service.

Never again!
Never again will I go through this company! I cancelled my subscriptions last month for Netflix, pureflix, etc online. Lo and behold there's a 13.99 charge on my bank. I called to inquire why I was charged, the cancelation did not go through. No refunds allowed through this company. Their, mistake and I paid for it! I will never come back!

Auto renew with no warning
WARNING: Movies do not represent Godly principles and they auto renew with no communication.

If you try it out only do so for one month.

RIP OFF
We purchased Pure Flix a year ago. We watched a few times and the quality was terrible.
The voices didn't match the lips, closed caps weren't right, the music would blast.
They auto renewed us for another year $99.99 with no notice. I didn't know until I got my credit card bill. When I called to cancel, I was told no refunds, but I could watch them for a year. No thanks, you just sole a $100 from me. Get Frndly, great quality, great programming, and HONESTY.

Customer service
I have been unable to sign into my account for weeks! Even though I’m positive my credentials are correct on my phone they work. But I want to watch it on my tv, obviously.

Unresponsive customer service
I have sent 2 emails in the last 7 days with no response. I called the number and requested to be called back on the same business day. I have not received a call.
I cannot log onto pureflix using my roku stick. The device will only allow 15 characters for an email and mine has more than that. I cannot log in to my account yo use the sevice I just bought. Please help!

My subscription has been turned off.
My complaint is that I subscribed and paid for a 1 year subscription approximately 5 mos. ago, and my subscription has apparently been turned off. I am only able to review trailers, and when I call I get a recording. Haven't been able to contact anyone regarding this issue.

Our family have been subscribed to Pure Flix since 2017 and we were really happy and satisfied. We noticed lately that a lot of the movies and series now are either not Christian at all, Catholic movies as well which is a deceitful religion and other entertainment that are against the teaching of the Word of God. We found satanic symbolisms, magic, pagan holidays, pagan practices, using the name of God in vain, Hollywood movies (which are mind control movies used to brain wash the audience and to serve the occult world. These people in Hollywood are pedophiles sacrificing and torturing children and cooperating with Disney. We don’t want to be nervous about what will go in our children’s mind and you should never publish anything that will be a false teaching. As it says in the Bible, not everyone should teach because if you falsely teach any of the Word of God these people will be judge more severely. I rather, as a mother of 4, stop any entertainment, television and screen time for the whole family than to expose them to a whole program that can cause them to participate to sinful things, learn about false teachings and/or having to go through everything before we allow them to watch something.

The idea is great and if the movies played all the way through that would be great to. Unfortunately every movie has glitched out no matter what we watch them on tablets, tv, iPhones, not even worth keeping through the free trial.
