Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have not been refunded in fullI was honest and upfront with Customer Service that it was my mistake, received the product on the 24th which gave us only days to sampleSo I hardly see where trial days fall into play, however, I did admit misread the terms in the fact that it was from the date of receipt of the the productIf you are going to say I have in refunded in full then give me the FULL REFUNDAs I told MsM [redacted] I did not want the gift VOUCHER which is a fake gift card to get you to sign up for more Scans like PURE FORCE XGet your money before you realize what has happened TO BREAK IT DOWN AGAIN: $WAS DEDUCTED FROM CREDIT CARD TWICEWHAT WAS PUT BACK WAS $TWICE CREDITED TO CREDIT CARD THIS LEAVES ME SHORT $TWICE WHICH IS $THE GIFT VOUCHER THAT WAS ISSUED WAS GOING TO COST ME THAT MUCH IF NOT MORE TO EVEN USE, AS I SAID I AM NOT INTERESTED IN THE VOUCHER .100% REFUND OR PLASTERED ALL OVER THE INTERNET Regards, [redacted]

08/20/17 at 06:17pm EST.  This offer lets the consumer try the product for two weeks for just the cost of shipping and processing. If the consumer has not canceled and returned the product before the trial period has ended, the purchase price of the product is charged, all of which is made clear in the Terms and Conditions that the consumer agreed to when placing his order.  Specifically, for the order to process, he must manually check mark that he understands and agrees to the Terms & Conditions and is aware that it is a trial that will require subsequent billing if not canceled.  Mr. [redacted] did not contact Customer Service until 9/06/2017, at which time his account was canceled, and due to him not fully understanding the billing agreement, he was refunded in full, for each charge referenced aside from the original $4.97 that he clearly as acknowledged agreeing to. I am rejecting this response because: It was not clear at all on the pop up advertisement that I would be enrolled in this charge or subscription. I had no idea until my bank told me. If my bank would not have been wise enough, I would be loosing money. it was not clean at all, not even a minor amount. also I had to fight to get my refund.

I am rejecting this response because: I have not been refunded in full. I was honest and upfront with Customer Service that it was my mistake, received the product on the 24th which gave us only 7 days to sample. So I hardly see where 14 trial days fall into play, however, I did admit misread the terms in the fact that it was from the date of receipt of the the product. If you are going to say I have in refunded in full then give me the FULL REFUND. This consumer placed an order for a 14 day trial offer on 09/12/17 at 3:46pm EST.  This offer lets the consumer try the product for two weeks for just the cost of shipping and processing. If the consumer has not canceled and returned the product before the trial period has ended, the purchase price of the product is charged, all of which is made clear in the Terms and Conditions that the consumer agreed to when placing his order.  Specifically, for the order to process, he must manually check mark that he understands the Terms & Conditions and is aware that it is a trial that will require subsequent billing if not canceled, as well as manually enter his credit card information. Mr. [redacted] did not contact customer service until 11/27/2017, well after all charges in question had been processed.  At this time his subscription was terminated and he was advised of the refund policy previously described at the time of purchase.
