Just stop charging me.

I ordered on 4/14/19. 3-5 business days has past and my product has still not arrived, yet my credit card has been charged and funds disbursed.
I contacted Pure Forskolin Diet Company several times through emails on (April 23rd, April 26th, May 1st, May 9th, and May 15th). I informed that I have yet to receive the product, and it states that it would be here within 3 to 5 business days. So far it's been well over a month and a half now.I finally recieved an emailed from Katie K. on April 24th, below is what she emailed me: Hello from Pure Forskolin Diet!

Thank you for your order. We would like you to know that this order was delayed due the current extreme demand for our 100% Pure Forskolin formula. We sincerely apologize for inconvenience this may have caused. Your order has shipped and will arrive within a few business days. Tracking information has been sent to your email address on file.
Please let us know if there is anything we can do in the meantime and again please accept our apology for this shipping delay. We thank you for your patience and look forward to helping you with your quality of life products now and in the future. No tracking number, phone number, order number, or reference number was sent to me. Therefore the only way of attempting to contact them is through email, which thus far has gone unanswered until the I received the one on the 24th. Th phone number (888) 931-2446 that is attached to this product attaches me to an extension that no one answers. At this point, I just want my funds refunded.

I just want my money refunded,and forthis business to discontinue selling products they cannot produce, oor get to the customer in a timely manner. As well as to have a more efficent and professiona way of contacting them for future issues or questions.

I finally received my refund.

Saw an ad for this product claiming a free trial. After paying the $4.95 shipping fee and receiving my product, I was charged $170 the next week.
I ordered a bottle of forskolin on April 1, 2019, guaranteeing I would only have to pay $4.95 for shipping. I usually pay though paypal but as there was no option, I proceeded to enter my card number. I was billed $4.95 on April 2,2019 and received the product a few days later as expected. I read all of the fine print and there was nothing said about a subscription or any future purchases. I would never have agreed to a monthly commitment for a product I had never used. I was then charged $89.99 on April 16,2019 and $79.99 on April 17, 2019! I did not make any future purchases and there is no explanation for the charges. After seeing the issue, I tried to contact them but the page I originally ordered from was taken down and I couldn't open up any of the contact details. My bank told me that the card was present at the time of purchase and that a copy of my card was most likely the case. They refused to refund me because I had "subscribed" though I wasn't informed of this. I tried to email the company demanding a refund or explanation but have heard no response.

I ordered active Forskolin and Diet cleanse product because it was a free trial. Then there was a big charge to my card I was not aware of
I purchased active forskolin and the diet cleanse on 4/02/2019 for the free trial and just to pay shipping. On 4/17/2019 and 4/18/2019 I was unknowingly charged my debit card again by this company $89.99 and $79.99 with no warning. I do not want the product and there was nothing said about paying this much for it. I would like a refund of my money and to cancel any subscriptions I have with them

I would like a refund of $89.99 and $79.99 that was charged to my debit card on 4/17/2019 and 4/18/2019. I also want to cancel any subscriptions I have with them from now on.

I was declined the opportunity to speak to a manager after disputing a charge
I called because the email confirmations sent to me had no information in regards to the "trial period" the customer service girl talked about. When asked to speak to a manager, I was told the request was being declined. I asked numerous times to speak to a manager and the girl kept telling me she was declining me that option because I was wrong.

Desired Outcome

I was not given proper information stating the trial period and was charged $79.99 and $89.99. The emails never stated when the date of cancellation was due and when I went back to the ad, it was fine as well.

All the bank transactions were on a TD Bank checking card ending *** attached to my name and address.

I ordered Active Forskolin from Pure Diet Health for $4.95. I was charged $89.99 without authorization.
I ordered Active Forskolin from Pure Diet Health for $2.95 + Shipping. I received an e-mail invoice for this purchase, which I still have, that does not speak to any further charges or services. Since then, I have been charged $89.99. This charge was entirely without my authorization. The charges are listed as NEWNATURALSSKINCREAM (BTW, I ordered a diet supplement, not sure why it's listed as skin cream) and completely un-authorized.

I was unaware that I would be charged an additioanl $79.99 and $89.99, after ordering the trial product for $4.95 and $4.87
Purchase date 2/27/2019, shipment date 2/28/19, charge to my account 3/14/2019.. contacted company 3/15/2019.. order numbers- XXXXXXX, XXXXXXX

After reviewing the information thoroughly, I found nothing that said I would be charged $89.99 after the free trial.
I reviewed the details and found nothing about being charged after the free trial (I paid for shipping) or how much the product would cost if I wanted to purchase it or if this was a subscription program. I was then charged $89.99.

I want my money back as I did not authorize a charge beyond the shipping for the free trial nor was I advised in the advertising that I would be. I will be more than willing to send the remaining product back

False advertising/scam and fraud!
I ORDERED DIET PILLS ONLINE FOR 2.95 TOTAL on January 06,2019.I did not see anything of a fee after free trail.I never received confirmation from company of my order. When I spoke with Brittany in customer service 01/20/2019 she stated they did not have access to order information. The only thing she could provide was a tracking number for the product that I never received.My credit card was charged 79.99 on 01/19/19.Abel one the other customer service reps I spoke with on 01/20/19 was very rude!He told me to take the issue up with my financial institution because they are not refunding my money! THE ONLY URL I have is Diet Support ([email protected])obtained after a subscription I didn't know I had was cancelled by Abel.After I told him I was reporting the company for fraud!

Company uses deceptive advertising tactics claiming you have a FREE 30 day supply trial. You only pay the shipping of $4.95. After14 days Bill$69.95
I saw the advertisement for Forskolin Extract by Slimbiotic on Facebook. It stated for the cost of shipping ($4.95). I thought it was a reasonable offer stating it would allow me to try the product for 14 days and if I was unhappy or dissatisfied I could call and advise the Representative that I did not want to continue with the product. I ordered the product on 2/23/18. On 3/9/18 I emailed customer service@[email protected] to advise them that I never received my trial of the Forskolin Extract. Strangely enough that was the 14th day!! I received a reply telling me I would need to contact customer service by phone @ 888-926-9607. I called that number (company also handles Slimbiotic Garcinia Cambodia - another complaint I will be filing). I was connected to customer service representative J'shala operator ID and explained that I ordered the free trial on 2/23 and had just check my mailbox and it arrived on day 14. In the meantime, I checked my bank account and to my dismay I had a charge from Slimbiotic for $69.95. I explained to the customer service rep that I was still under the free trial and shouldn't have been charged yet. I also explained that I had only received the product in the mail that morning. When I questioned why it took 14 days (as she stated my order was mailed the day I ordered it) to get from FL to MA. She stated that it was probably due to the storms in the Northeast. I just hen took the liberty to advise the woman that I am a USPS employee in the Northeast and mail delivery was not delayed because of the storm. All offices were delivering mail - business as usual. I explained that for that package to take 14 days to arrive, it could have been shipped to California and back at least twice in that time frame. I then told J'shala I wanted a full refund due to false advertising. I was told I was wrong and I obviously didn't read the fine print. I then asked to speak to her supervisor and she refused to transfer me. I demanded a full refund again as I never got a chance to try the product which was clearly stated I'd have 14 days to do so (in the fine print). She again read the well drafted I didn't read the fine print message at me again. I was angry and extremely frustrated at that point and advised her I would contact my bank to have the payment reversed. She laughed and said that wouldn't work. This, of course, made me even angrier. She kept refusing to credit me and I could tell that she wasn't going to help me. I said as much to her and asked again for a supervisor. Again she refused. As this call had been going on for a half an hour at this point (remember this company scams you in the same way on the same order with the original product they advertised Slimbiotic Garcinia Cambodia) I asked her what exactly, she, as the representative for this company could do for me. Extremely frustrated at this point I told her I was calling my bank again and she tried to placate me by saying she would send out another month supply of both products and waive the shipping costs. I laughed and told her that was not a reasonable solution for me. She continues to read from her script and advised me that AS A COURTESY TO ME she would WAIVE THE CANCELLATION FEES. I
asked why I needed to cancel a free trial and she ignored my question and continued to speak over me. Needless to say, I am completely disgusted by this companies deceiving practices and took her name and ended the call. I refuse to pay this company any money for their products and I know there are thousands of people dealing with the same situation.

I want a full refund for both the purchase price and the shipping of 4.95. I also want this company to be shut down- I know that I can't make that happen, but as long as they are operating, more and more victims are being taken advantage of as I type this.

I ordered Garcinia "TRY RISK FREE" via Facebook. I clicked, entered credit card number and screen disappeared. I back clicked & ordered something else
Early June 2017 I ordered Garcinia via Facebook. It claimed to be "Risk Free" for shipping and handling only. Ten days later (on my way to mexico) I was charged $149. Upon return, I went back to my screenshots, and got run around. They couldn't find my order. I called my credit card, and cancelled it. I continued to look into the issue and found the company who I originally placed the order from. My card company gave me a refund, only to take the money back out because your company said "I clicked" to purchase.
When I purchased it, I was on my phone at work, and I didn't see any small print. When I clicked to purchase, the screen went away without so much as an order number. I freaked out and clicked the back button to take a screenshot which I can submit upon request. then when I hit the forward button, I had ordered the (try - this other product). so now I was looking at two products. when the order arrived, it did not have a packing slip of where I could call to return in case the product didn't work. After contacting customer support, they asked if I had read some disclosure statement. and I told them the situation. They turned around and replied that my financial institution is responsible for the charge back. What the paperwork received by my institution received said, was legal mumble jumble I didn't understand. What I DO UNDERSTAND IS THAT WHEN A CONSUMER READS "TRY RISK FREE" you are NOT suppose to risk anything. I would figure, a consumer have 30 days and then let them know that they need their product is due back on a certain day or consumer will have to pay. I let customer service know what I should do to get a refund, that I still have their product not being used, and they were very vague asking if I read some statement, and I said no, I didn't have a chance, the screen disappeared.

I would still like to return the items to the company, as they didn't work well for me.

Although I returned the product sent to me October 2 and November 2, 2017, they refuse to issue a credit on my credit card.
I received Forskolin, in respond to a free offer October 2 and returned it. I received another bottle November 2 which I did not request. I returned this bottle also. I called November 6 and spoke with agent #***, I could not understand her name and she offered me no credit so I asked for her supervisor, Chad, Customer Service Supervisor #. He restated with #*** had said, no RAN #, no refund. I indicated to both customer service individuals I returned these because of health issues but no credit will be issued to my credit card.
