I didn't order anything from them they've charged my bank account if the fraud department hadn't called I wouldn't have caught it until later but this practice is hurting people such as myself I'm unemployed and disabled!!!

I ordered an item for 4.95. And now This company is consistently trying to charge me almost $90 from two separate company names.
Looks like this consistently happens across the board based on the other complaints. I want them to stop trying to charge me for things I haven't ordered and don't want. I ordered an item for 4.95. And paid for it. That's all I wanted and do not want to keep having to deal with this every day they try to charge my card. Stop, please!

An online scam where business sells a 30 day trial supply diet pills for $6 on buyer's credit card but forgets to tell buyer another $89 is coming.
Advertised a sample bottle of weight loss pills for $6 ea., charges you $90 each stating a 14 day trial that is never mentioned during purchase. On 5/18/2020, I saw a link on Facebook for Keto One weight loss pills. Advertised was a sample bottle for $6, then you are prompted on one page about some type of Detox pills and and before you know it those are added to your purchased for only pay for another $6. I was charged $6.82 for one and $6.84 for the other. On June 2, 2020, I was charged $89.84 and a second charge of $89.82 by a Perfect Body Cleanse. I called my Bank and told them these were false and unauthorized charges. On 6/29/2020, I receive a mailing from Chargeback Hero telling me I authorized these additional charges of $89.82 and $89.84 and that I had signed up for a 14 day trial period where if they did not hear from me, I would be charged the full price. No where during this purchase was anything written about a trial period. No where on the link was there a full price of any amount shown other than the $6. There are many Facebook users who have fallen victim to this scam. They have even removed the advertised link on Amazon where someone was reporting on these diet pills.

The company has 4 names listed at my bank. It was a 14 day trial, returns if they don't work. I called on day 14, and refused a credit and/or return
Signed up for 14 day trial for KETO pills. They sent three different bottles, only one of them KETO. I was notified by my bank or a possible fraudulent charge. I had no idea the cost. I called on day 14 to return. They refused to accept the pills back and credit my account. They told me that I was supposed to confirm results by the 10th day....all news to me. My bank refused one charge, and I am disputing the second charge. First charge was for 89.95 for one of the pills I didin't order, and 93.17 for the Keto and another (which I also didn't order). This is a way for them to be sneaky and take advantage of the consumer. If I had known that the costs were so high, and this was not a "free" trial, I would never have ordered the KETO pills. The "manager" was rude, and would not accept the return because they are "consumable" product.

My bank will dispute the second charge. They have already declined the first. I want them to be put out of business or fined. I know that an new LLC is common, and I hope that there is some way of preventing these businesses to continue to trick people by changing their LLC name.

This company is a rip off which had Dr. Oz as representing them. He was the only reason I felt this was a good product.
I was told I had 30 days to try product but was not aware it was 30 days from the purchase date. 8/18/2016, Order number XXXXXXX, Checking acct. I saw an ad on the tv which stated if you order something and a famous person is pictured to report it.

ThisCompany is hard to get the info from. They charged my card $84.95 I don't have money now I'm my account. It's not right to take someone's money. My bank account says name is Wong Garxin with some numbers hidden numbers. I need this stoppped. Please help I need to get god for my kids.

I ordered Garcinia Cambodia for $4.99 trial on line. 2 months $89.99 ($179.98 total) was drawn from my account. There was no information or phone number (website is gone) to call to resolve these illegal withdrawals. I didn't agree to monthly drafts to my bank account. My bank said I have to cancel my bankcard to stop the draft, so I did. I took Garcinia Cambodia for 3 days my blood pressure went out of control 189/134 (stroke numbers). I stopped taking Garcinia Cambodia called (Green Coffee) supplement. I called HFNutriz (from a number my bank gave me) and talked to a man and told him about the blood pressure problem after taking their product. I asked for a refund for the 2 bottles of Green Coffee Supplement that were unopened. He said only a May refund and a $9.99 restocking fee or get 35% of what I paid in May were options. He gave me the shipping address: P.O. Box 41547 St. Petersburg, Fl 33743 and I needed a RNA number to be written on the outside of the return package. He hung up on me, no RNA number. I called back talked to Lucy and she gave me a different return shipping address (P.O. Box 692208 Orlando,Fl 32869 and RNA number). I repeated this info back to make sure it was correct. She said I would get $89.99 after they receive supplements back. I want all my money back $179.98.

Starex Labs Garcinia Cambogia, is a scam company. They advertise the garcinia-cambogia products and claim you are paying for a 14 day trail. I never received the product but was billed for monthly reshipment, when called in about the charges the sales associate told me I agreed to the terms. After debating with him for half an hour he told me they can only refund 30% of my money and give me a discount on future orders. I told him I want nothing from this company and he proceeded to tell me that I would not win this argument. Then he said he could refund 50%, I hung up on him and he called back to say he would refund all the money, I am still waiting for my refund. People be careful about falling for these gimmick companies.

Requested refund of product since I've never received any product and Was denied. They said it shipped so I would be charged.
I called to complain about not receiving any product for the charges that are reaffirming on my credit card. I was told they would reduce the charge by 30% but in fact why do I want a reduction in charges for product I still never recieved. I then went on how to stop further charges and was told to cancel my subscription in which I did and I mentioned that I would be fighting these charges with my credit card company.

I was told that I was subscribing to a one time free trial, however, I've been sent two addition shipments and have been charged about $84 for each.
I purchased the product in July 2017 on the premise that it was a one time only free trial. Since then, I have received two additional shipments and I have been charged approximately $84 each. I attempted to cancel the subscription, but the website I used is hard to find and even more difficult to navigate.

My husband responded to an ad he saw offering a free bottle of "Pure Garcinia Cambogia" thinking it was a one-time offer. He continues to get a bottle once a month or so, which he does not want to receive. When I Clicked "Website" on this page it comes up that the product is no longer available. The packing slip and the mailer envelope have no return address. There is a number that I am about to attempt to call, but I have a feeling that there will be no answer. After that I don't know what to try next. He's not sure if he's being charged for this product each month. I will look into that also. The whole thing seems fishy to me....

On Oct27 they charged me for a product I did not get and I called the company and they sent me a letter of cancellation and they have my money

We have located this customer in our records and confirm that two 18-day trial orders were placed online on 8/10/17 for Pure Garcinia Cambogia and Pure Green Coffee Cleanse.

As part of each trial, the customer is required to have first agreed to the terms of the trial on the website's order page prior to proceeding with the purchase, which stated that the customer would have 18 days from the date the trial order was placed to try the product and contact the customer support team if he/she wished to cancel the trial or needed more time to try the product. If the customer did not contact the customer support team via telephone or email (contact information for each was also in the terms and elsewhere on the website) prior to the expiration of the trial, then the customer would be billed for the full price of each 30-day supply of product already received.

We have no records of the customer contacting customer support to cancel this trial, which is why she was billed on 8/28/17, in accordance with the above-referenced terms for the full amount of each bottle already received as part of the initial trial order placed on 8/10/17.

On 9/6/17, we were notified that the customer filed a dispute with her bank for one of these charges in the amount of $89.97, at which point her account was canceled and all activity stopped. No further action was taken at that time, pending resolution of the dispute by the customer's credit card company.

The customer states in her complaint that she was charged on 10/27/17 for product she never received. However, this customer has not been charged for anything related to this account since 8/28/17 (for the two products she received earlier in August), and the cancellation notification she has posted in the complaint was sent out on 9/6/17, according to our records.

The first record we have of this customer contacting customer support regarding this account is on 11/6/17, where the customer requested that her account be canceled and that she be refunded for the end-of-trial charges. However, the account had already been canceled on 9/6/17, and the above-referenced charge of $89.97 was still listed as "pending dispute" by the credit card company as of 11/6/17, so the support agent informed the customer that he was unable to refund the charges on this particular product until that dispute was resolved (this can take up to 90 days in some cases). We recommend that the customer follow up with her credit card company to inquire about the status of that dispute and whether they will be returning that money to her account. We encourage the customer to contact us after speaking with her credit card company to let us know the outcome of that dispute and to see if there's any way we can help further.

In the meantime, the remaining charge of $87.27 for Pure Green Coffee Cleanse was refunded today, 11/7/17, and the customer should see this refund posted to her account within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the bank processing time.

We remain available to answer any further questions and thank you for notifying us of this matter.

This company and product are a total scam!! I ordered the product and fell subject to their false advertising (a lack of information about monthly fees of $155), so shame on me. But I quickly cancelled the product and returned the last shipment for a refund. The company issued me an RMA number to place on the shipment which I did, but now after 2 months of waiting for a refund they are telling me they need a tracking number as well.
3 phone calls (3 Aug, 3 Oct, and 26Oct) and they still tell me they need 24-48 hours to verify with their shipping department whether the product was received. The customer service rep barely spoke English and didn't understand my query, apparently got frustrated with me and clearly just wanted to get off the phone.
Horrible company and customer engagement. Please don't let anyone else fall for their scam.

We would like to help this customer, if he did indeed order from us, but we will need more information in order to locate his account. Did he perhaps use a different email address and/or name for the order? Or does he perhaps have an order ID number?

This is a scam. The company makes you believe you are receiving a trial package of Garcinia for shipping and handling for less than $5, They do not give you any return information and do not tell you that you are going to be charged over $89 for a product that is probably worth $10. Don't try it, Don't use this product, if you want to try it go to a reputably company that will not hit you with hidden fees
