Poor contact options overall price not show until after purchase
Bought on July 15th, immediately tried to canceled after finding out how much I would be charged after the trial email sent on July 15th. Still no response, cant find a customer service number. Order number is XXXXXX.

I want a refund and to not be charged further

Unauthorized Charges
Led to believe I was ordering a trial (one-time order). That one-time order company also manipulated the website so that upon clicking submit an additional two products were added to the order. Initially thought it was my error (computer). Then today my checking account was charged almost $190 for products I did not authorize or want. I was told that I had not cancelled with 14 day trial period. However, I never received an email or information stating that. Called to get charges refunded. Representative very unwilling and then said they could but not 100%. Pedaled back and forth with 30%, then 40%, then 75%. Would not allow me to speak with a Supervisor. I received a cancelation # and refund transaction # which I have no confirmation if they are legitimate. The Representative would not confirm the refunds with an email. I highly doubt I will getting a credit back to my account. In the meantime, I have no other choice but to dispute charges with the bank. The money has been taken from my account and cannot be disputed until it posts.

Desired Outcome

I never want them to use my account information. I now have to get a new credit card number.

Business refunded 75% of my money after a very loud phone call. Telephone representative kept changing the amount from 35% to 75% refund with every sentence. Refused to fund the full amount even though I did not receive the product.

I purchased a 30 day trial off a Facebook Ad for $6.95 and later had a $89.87 charge show up on my credit card statement. I would like a full refund!
The marketing online states pay shipping and handling and receive a free trial of the product. So I paid $6.95 on 10/8 - on 10/25 I noticed a charge on my credit card statement of $89.87 and called the number next to it. I was unable to get ahold of anyone - left a message, called back and requested a call back - also sent an email - After a couple of days I was finally able to speak to someone and was informed that since I purchased the trial I signed up for a membership!What?!?? I was in complete shock as nothing stated this! I immediately asked to cancel my membership and offered to send the product back as I had not even had time to try the product and it was still unopened!! The customer service said that they could not give me a full refund but that I could pay to ship it back and pay a 11% restocking fee! I asked what other option I had and they offered to discount the product 50% - I explained I never agreed to buying the product and again I asked is that all that could be done? They put me on hold and came back with 65% off the product... After further inquiry I finally agreed to the 65% off as I felt I had no other choice and felt "stuck"

The next day I called back and the woman I talked to at first said your account is closed - I explained that I spoke with someone yesterday while I was on the road and today had a chance to look at the site again - and again nothing said anything about signing up for a membership or reoccurring charge!!

So I asked again for a full refund and she went on to say that 65% is the best they could do and she directed me to the "TERMS AND CONDITONS" link at the bottom of the website - where it stated $79.97 for the product and not $89.97 - so I asked about that and she said - oh I will let them know they need to correct the pricing on the site... She was rude and continually interrupted me so I asked to be transferred to a supervisor.

The supervisor was heartless and would not hear me out either and kept repeating "I am sorry you feel that way" "65% is the best we can do" - she did mention that I could pay to return the product but that there would be a 15% restocking fee... She also said "well if you actually read" and then compared their terms and conditions to that of TARGET.com - so which has no comparison as TARGET does not charge you a membership fee and had no relevance! It was a ludicrous conversation with nothing but trying to convince me I knew I signed up for a membership when I clearly did not. Suffice to say the call was worthless.

I will also add that nothing adds up with what was said as the price for restocking was 11% yesterday, and 15% today - the product is listed at $79.97 on the website and I was charged $89.87 - simply said, it is all misleading and like a complete SCAM!

Desired Outcome

Ultimately I would just like the remaining $31.45 back as I never agreed to anything above he original $6.95 charge! I would also like to see you change your marketing to clearly outline the membership and reoccurring charge for others as the current 30 day trial for the easy cost of $6.95 is simply dishonest!
