Review: I ordered two gold coins from Pure Gold Global and my communciation with them was via the email. I was told to make money transfer to their bank and all details were provided. I made the transfer and since then I heard nothing from them despite many follow up emails. This seems to be some sort of a scam. The bank of the company was [redacted]

The phone number on their site always refer to a service provider message. Their international toll free gets you to nowhere.

Please note that I live in Middle East. Appreciate your help.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. If this company truly exists, then I would appreciate they honor their part fo the deal and send me the two Gold coins.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Pure Gold Global regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Puregold has contacted me after my countless attempts to call their number in New York. I was promised a resolution since 2 or 3 weeks ago but it has never been resolved. I sent them a number of emails to follow up of which only one has been answered. The reply is still a promise to get resolve. If they cant give us the gold coins then they must give our money back otherwise I will do any means possible to get what belongs to me. I am in dire need of your help.

Review: On May[redacted], 2013, I placed an order for Silver Coins and wired the total of $2914.00 the next day. Since then I wrote 8 emails, I spoke to [redacted] on 4 occasions . Each time I am told (on the phone and through emails from [redacted]) that money will be return shortly, but each time his deadline passes and I don't hear from them until I email again. I even sent three certified letters to the company CEO, but I had no response to those. I do have copies of all the emials, copy of wired money, stubs from certified letters. After I have placed the order I was never issued an order # or tracking #, like I do from other companies, which makes me think someone within the company might be stealing from customers.Desired Settlement: Return of the $2914. I don't want ever dealing with this company. I don't want other customers to fall into the same trap.
