Review: I ordered this product along with Garcinia Cambogia as a free sample in August. I did not see in the fine print that they were going to automatically send me more product and bill me if I did not call them in 10 days and cancel a subscription I was unaware I was signing up for. I thought the giving of my debit card info was for shipping charges. When I received another shipment (on September 14) and was billed 85.95 and 87.95 each I immediately called the phone number listed as customer service on the email 844-550-1831. The number was the same for both products. I told her I did not want the products and she insisted I had no choice because I didn't read the fine print and cancel within 10 days. I told her I did not want any further products. She sent me a cancellation notice per email. I then received, on Oct.4, notification that they were shipping the green coffee bean natural again. I called immediately and stated I did not want this product and had canceled on Sept 14. She stated I called the Garcinia number not the Green coffee number. The numbers on the emails for customer support were the same. I said do not send more or charge me again. She said she would cancel the green coffee bean. I said she should not send or charge me now since I called and canceled in sept. She would not confirm she was not sending more just said she would cancel now. My acct was billed Oct 5 and another shipment arrived oct 12. I sent back product return to sender unauthorized shipment in the mail Oct. 13.Desired Settlement: Although I do not agree with the first shipment and the tricky scheme they use to force people to purchase their product, I accept that I did not see any fine print stating I was starting a subscription that must be canceled in 10 days. However after calling sept 14 and insisting on cancellation of their products and then they sent 1 of the 2 anyway saying I only canceled one, I am insisting on a refund. There was 1 phone number listed on email. This was an unauthorized charge and shipment.

Review: I ordered Pure Green Coffee Bean and Garcinia Cambogia from the website mentioned above on April 1, 2015. The original trial price for each product was $4.95. When I found out that they charged the credit card an additional $87.95 today (4/16/15) for each product. I called to find out what as going on. I was told that I had fourteen days to try the products, if I didn't like them I could call and cancel the orders. The problem is that I only received the products on 4/9/15 and today is 4/16/15. They used the order date to count the fourteen days which I feel is fraud, and I told them so. They said I was informed of this on the page before I ordered the products, but I haven't had the products fourteen days before they billed me.Desired Settlement: I feel since I haven't had the products fourteen days to try them, they should refund the money back to the charge card.

Still trying to get me to keep taking them even after I told him they make me throw up. I know they are just trying to sell the product but this was over the top. It has been several weeks and even though I was charged and then partially refunded I still have not recieved the product.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund since I didn't recieve the product that I was charged for and was so upset by their representative that I ended up with a mirgrane from the arguing with him to cancel the product.

Review: Bought free trial of garcinia and green coffee online and was billed $4.99 each for shipping. 14 days later company billed $85.95 and $87.95 for completion of trial. I never saw these conditions, called the company and they agreed to cancel my account, but said would not accept returns. I never used the product on advice from Doctor, and offered to return. They finally refunded 1/2 of the charges of $42.97 and $43.97 each. If they can do this surely they can accept return & refund the whole amount! This sounds like a scam and need help pleaseDesired Settlement: Full & speedy refund of the product never used. I will gladly return the unused product; just need a good address if so. Other than the full refund, want no further contact with this unethical company, and they need to lose my contact info.

Review: While browsing thru FB, I was prompt to a Pure Green Coffee advertisement. It suggested a free trial of their products if I paid only the Shipping and Handling, about 4.95 each (I requested two different products) totaling $11.94.

I charged that amount on a credit card, the account statement for September showed a balance of $11.94 and payment due of $11.94, which I sent in immediately. Now I am thinking that I have a zero balance on this account since I having used it, nada, zip, absolutely no purchases were added to this credit card.

Now my very next statement, October's, show up with a balance of $347.80 for new purchases that I had no idea where they came from. I call the credit card company and tried to explain that I only requested the free samples. I was told to try to resolve this issue with the merchant. I called the Pure Green Coffee to see if we could clear things up and to cancel any further shipments but I was told not to worry about it and that I was granted an extension so as to give me time to try their products. I clearly stated that I didn't want anything, no more merchandize. My mistake is I didn't get a cancellation #.

I called back to get a cancellation # , and stated to please make sure that I wasn't going to receive any more product. So they did give me a cancellation # but that night I was awaken by a thought that I needed to cancel the other product separately. So again I called back and got another cancellation #, if not maybe they would have kept on sending more product.

What really burns me, I would never knowingly put anything such as this on automatic pilot. Not being familiar with the products, not agreeing on the price, but the trained people who answer their phone, just keep going around in circles regardless of what I had to say. They would say, "Well Mr. [redacted], our policy clearing states ... in the fine print I just wanted to try free samples, I never saw the fine print. I think that it was a deliberate scam.Desired Settlement: The company should be more clear about how it does business, specifically about putting the customers on auto pilot, putting new monthly charges on their credit cards.

I should not have to be held accountable for something that I did not order. Those prices are outrageous, way out of my league. I was not aware of the second delivery, I only ordered the free samples.

The CS person kept trying to offer me 30 more days on the "FREE" trial, but I said no, I just wanted it cancelled. They said they cancelled the orders, but went ahead and charged my bank account anyways on 9/8/2015. I received confirmation emails that it was all cancelled as of 9/2/2015. I do have the emails cancelling the orders. I asked the CS person if I would be charged on that date if there would be any charges and he said no. Today, I called the company again and the CS Person I talked to today said that they always charge for the "Free" trial after the 14 days, that the product was charged for after that 14 days. You get no written notice of this with your order.Desired Settlement: First, please warn others about the deceitful way this company deals! Second, I would like to have a full refund of the 87.95 and the 85.95 since I NEVER agreed to pay that. I only agreed to the 4.95 for each.

Review: The product was offered as a 14 day trial of green coffee extract and Garcinia Cambogia, and before the trial was up I was sure to call and cancel. When I did so, they pushed the deadline back a week for me to "give the product more time to work", I again called to cancel and they did that exact same routine again. I finally called yet another week out and told them to absolutely cancel it and I would not be telling them twice. It was cancelled. Except they did not cancel both products that were sent to me so two days later I see a pending charge on my bank statement from them AFTER I already cancelled. I called customer service immediately. They began to tell me that I did not explain I wanted both products cancelled and I needed to call both companies. It is ONE SINGLE company with the EXACT SAME phone number, so what they did was wrongfully charge my card AFTER I cancelled the subscription after being unsatisfied with the products. What is more, the representative on more than one occasion acted as though the phone line was cutting out and about hung up on me when I became angry and she did not like what I had to say. The resolution was to give me a 50% refund on the charge that I never authorized, which does not work for me because I did not want the product because it did not work and I do not plan to pay for a product I specifically designated did not work and I no longer wanted. When mentioning legal action, and contacting my bank, the representative said I had no grounds and I would be charged regardless yet she admitted that I cancelled she just did not want to process my full refund. However my bank will be disputing the charge and are confident in getting my money back. I plan to spread the word about their criminal behavior in not reporting my cancellation properly and proceeding to charge my card without authorization, not to mention a faulty product with no results.Desired Settlement: Refund of unauthorized transactions immediately. And a full apology from all staff that monopolized my time and disrespected my wishes for full cancellation.

Review: I ordered these pills n got them in about a wk for a 14 day free trial. the free trial started evidently on the day I ordered them not when I received them. I called to cancel but it was day 15 after the order was placed. How can this be a 14 day free trial if u dont get them for one wk. after u order them. This is not right people of america are getting screwed. I asked if I could talk to a supervisior but they were all busy at the time. so no supervisior would come to the phone. Review: When I ordered the free trial, just pay 4.95 for shipping I did not see anywhere that you had to call and cancel after a certain amount of time. They also don't tell you that they will ship more of the product to you and charge you 65.95 and 64.95 for both products. I had also ordered the Garcinia Cambrosia on a free trial. When I call to complain they kept telling me that I had agreed to this when I hadn't and that they would refund first 25% then it went to 50% then 75%. It was a battle, I then asked for a supervisor, who I never spoke too, the person named Anna said they were on the line but I never heard another voice. Anna finally said that because the money hadn't come out of my account yet, it was pending, that I would get a full refund. This was after I said I was calling the Revdex.com and the Attorney General.Desired Settlement: I want them investigated and stopped from doing this to other people. I also want my refund in my account.
