*** at pure home remodeling remodeled our kitchen and dining area projectsThe work started with the demolition which included the complete removal of the existing wet bar and the old kitchen islandAlso the carpet and linoleum were removed from the whole floor, rapidly and easily*** designed a new island that included a single sink and cabinetsThe new kitchen cabinet were made by ***'s carpenter and the main feature of them was the 'easy closing' hardwareAfter the kitchen was installed, *** added new LED lighting to the under cabinets and the whole ceiling got a special coat of paintThe cabinets were colors in a mahogany stain and the hardware gave the last touch to itThe counter tops were fabricated and installed and the sub-contractor who did that, did an excellent work as well The new tiles that replaced the old carpet and linoleum gave a new and fresh look and we just love it! The new tile floor was added on the entire floor including the pantry, laundry area and the whole hallway all the way to the garage entry and a new back-splash was applied in a subway pattern

We just had our whole house renovation (from new windows to wood floor, new carpet, crown moldings all new baseboard, kitchen and bathroom remodelingRemoving some structure walls to open kitchen space to creating a new shower in the powder room bath and filling in the step down living room)This review is an over months lateWe wanted to experience the live in it and use the cabinets and drawers to make sure that everything is in good shape before we provide this reviewThe kitchen and bathroom cabinets are beautiful and of excellent high qualityThe wood floor is absolutely gorgeous and many complimentsTo be more specific, we got complements of everything in the house from the new windows, the new carpet, word floor, bath and kitchen*** has a good heart, a great guy that runs the show (so to speak) and honest family businessI appreciate he told us how much it will cost on certain things and to be realistic and not to spend more*** was able to figures different ways to save us some moneyHe was able to send someone back to our house to do some touch up's that we noticed months laterOf course there are some bumps on the way during the renovation but with this massive renovation we think it was not too bad and very happy we chose pure home remodeling The remodeling could be little bit more organize at times but we are not in this business so hard for us to sayAll the guys came are so nice and works very hardBig start of appreciation we want to give to *** *** ***, ***, ***, *** and so many people to thank themSorry if we forgot or couldn't remember everyoneWe couldn't believe all the work and details that went into the houseWe are very happy with our new beautiful homeWe definitely get a big smile every morning when we walk down to our new kitchen to make even coffee or foodThank You *** and pure home remodeling!!!

We enjoyed very much by hiring and working with *** including the whole office staff at Pure home remodeling! The purpose of hiring them was to remodel our master bathroom and master bedroomEverything in this remodeling project came out gorgeously, on time and a little bit below the budgetDuring the work that they did, we had no surprises that caused any delay or increase on budgetIn the master bedroom *** had to remove the whole popcorn ceiling, add new coat of fresh paint and changed all the baseboards with the crown moldingsIn the master bathroom, we basically did everything: custom new vanity with sinks, marble countertops, 18xtile floor with large medallion in the middle, new shower with jets system, new LED lighting and bathroom heaterThe crew and the few sub-contractors were polite, skilled, on time and loyal too*** on the other hand was good at hid ideas when we needed to implement few features but didn't know how, and he wasn't pushy at allHe really heard us and understood what we really want to get, needed and be comfortable with - when it comes to budget, storage and functionality, he was the perfect person to work withThe verity of decisions and options is always endless, but *** was a great source and he provided us with a lots of excellent ideasWe are happy with the work and Pure home remodeling and we will use them again when we are ready to do another remodeling project

Lorenzo designed and managed our bathroom remodeling projectHis great vision and ideas about how can we redesign the bathroom was pretty exciting because he was able to present us several great options that that we didn't think we could doFor example of replacing a solid wall with a glass square one, canceling the shower window that didn't serve any real purpose and the addition of a new size bench in the bathroomLorenzo was open and available to any question or comment we had before and during the remodelingHe communicated with us on a regular basis informing us about the progress or changes that had to be done due to issues that were raised during the workMost importantly that we truly appreciated was that the workers showed up and worked each day during the week and after each day, they cleaned up and made sure that the bathroom is in fact insulated from the rest of the house during the workLorenzo made sure to visit the home on a daily basis and making sure that everything is going according to planHis knowledge and experience about all the code requirements was pretty big and he knew each step that should be done in order to avoid issues with any inspection while mainly focusing on deadlines and budgets which ended up in a bathroom remodeling that didn't pass *** agreed budgetI recommend Lorenzo, his team and mainly Pure home remodeling highly

We hired Pure Home Remodeling to perform a major renovation on our homeWe changed the location of the kitchen and bedrooms and redid completely the roomsThe experience with Pure Home Remodeling was excellent and above our expectationsAt first, Sara, the designer, gave us several design ideas that we would never thought that we can do them and never would have on our ownShe ended up making a plan that far exceeded what we thought we can do for the space Sara took the time to understand what we like and what we would like to do and then worked very hard to get many great selections that met our tastes and stayed within the budget Once again, she had good ideas that we would have never thought of on our own, and which really enhanced the overall project***, our project manager, was extremely nice, professional and responsible He did whatever it took to do this project and to make us happy Pure Home Remodeling hired great subcontractors and throughout the project, things were always well organized and very orderly and neat Other than our change orders (not many), they stayed within budget and always communicated when our changes created incremental expenseThis is the most major ($150,+) remodeling we've complete so far and we had our concerns about doing that remodelingPure Home Remodeling was by far the best contractor, designer and workers that we've used The beauty of having an "all in one" contractor should not be minimized in this case It was really a flawless and smooth less project even though it included all the complexity All our friends cannot believe the quality and the end results of the remodeling and the way it complete the house We are very satisfied customers I guess the single biggest compliment that I can give is to note that we've just invited Pure Home Remodeling back to help us re-design our outdoor living space!
