In 2018 I bought a condo in the Miami Beach area and we insured it with PURE, including hurricane coverage and also insured my 2 cars with them.
The condo policy just came up for it's 3rd year renewal and PURE has DOUBLED the premium, and there have been no claims or changes in coverages since the beginning. I feel this is like a "bait and switch" where they "hooked" me for 2 years and now for no apparent reason have DOUBLED the premium from last year's amount (pushing the new premium into 6 figures BTW)
My insurance agent reached out to PURE at my behest, to see if there may have been a mistake made. Unbelievably, PURE is standing by this 100% increase with no explanation. BEWARE of this company and their shameful business practices

Billing Adjustment I would like PURE to do the right thing and charge me a similar premium to what they charged me for the last two years. Since no claims have been made I do not deserve a 100% premium increase in 1 year!!
