They are a scam business!! They ask for your credit card # to pay for shipping on a FREE trial of CBD capsules.The next thing I know, I am getting a package in the mail with a bottle of the capsules, plus a bottle of CBD oil, which I did not order, every month for $89.99! After a couple months, I called my credit card company and told them to block any payments to that address. They should be shut down. Their stuff is garbage!!

Fraudulently charged me for Free Trial Product and then auto shipped without authorization.
CBD Pure Labs offered Free Trial of CBD for only shipping of $4.95 and charged me later for full price of $99.49 then without authorization has shipped and billed me by my Debit card with WBH Credit Union for two more monthly charges of $99.99 each. These last two bottles of product were unauthorized by me or any other agent of mine.

I purchased an item for the shipping price of $4.95 on December 23, 2019. On January 13, 2020, my account was charged another $94.99.
I purchased a bottle of CBD Oil from CBD Pure Labs for the shipping price of $4.95. However, on January 13, 2020, I was charged an additional $94.99. If one bottle of oil costs $94.99, the company should make that clear and leave it up to the consumer to make the purchase. This is a true case of bate and switch.

Requested free CBD oil only from CBD Pure Labs. Received item plus CBD capsules billed for items in Jan. plus received 2 more items and bill in Fed.
Dec 22,19 I requested a free sample only of the CBD oil off face book from Pure Labs. Received 2 items CBDHL01 a 1.0 oz bottle of CBD oil-droppler and CBDCAP01 a bottle of 30 CBD capsules not mentioned in add. Statement in box charged me $ 11.92 for shipping and zero for items. On 1/07 my master card XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX was billed $94.99 and 1/08 $97.88 on the order *** supposedly for not calling and cancelling the order I did not make. I saw nothing in regards to this in add.Received identical items again in Feb. billed $204.79. Order # *** placed on 2/5/2020. Paid Jan bill not realizing that these charges were on the credit card bill. I have not received Feb. statement yet. On Feb 11 I called 833-274-8087 and spoke to Shera a sales rep said she would check into it. She left message to call back. My daughter *** called back on 2/14 spoke with Shereka spelling ? maybe same person didn't say she spoke with me she said they would refund Feb but not Jan.purchase. There were no purchase orders placed just asking for the free sample offered by them. Credit card is now canceled. Beware of ordering from this company. The first order is low in price and sounds like a good deal. However, in the fine print it says you must call within 14 days or you will be subscribed to receive monthly shipments. Needless to say I missed that part and was surprised to see a charge of $99.94 on my banking statement. I had no idea what it was for and it took a while to figure it out. I'm still waiting to get whatever it is they are sending. I called and got a cancellation number. When I get the package I have to call back and get another number so I can return it unopened. Then I should get a refund when they receive the package. I would not recommend ordering anything from this fly-by-night company.

I ordered a free trial of their CBD oil and have now had my card hit with over 200.00 in unauthorized charges from companies I do not know.
I would like a refund of the unauthorized charges and to have them stop hitting my credit card. I have not received any other products from them so do not know what they are charging me for
