Review: After being accepted into Pure Life's affiliate program, I received an email with the login information to their affiliate website. The website address leads to a non-existent page, after 5 attempts to contact their customer support via email I never received a response, the phone numbers listed for the business are not working and there is no other contact information. As part of enrolling in Pure Life's affiliate program, I provided them with my social security number. I am concerned that this is a scam.
Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation)
I either need to be contacted by Pure Life with the correct affiliate login info or I will file a report with the Norwalk, CT District Attorney's office.
