I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
My bank has refunded me in full because the company refused to. Their marketing practices are deceptive, their terms and condition are not readily available. More importantly, NO PRODUCT was received during the "monthly subscription" period. I was offered a 25% refund, which I refused and went through my bank. This is a scam. This company doesn't send the product they purport to for fear that once people realize they have a monthly subscription they will call to cancel, at which point they will be met with aggressive tactics and bullying.
