[redacted] engaged my office to transfer property that belonged to her deceased mother She has two brothers - one that is supposedly in agreement with the transfer and one that is absolutely against the transfer Both live outside of New York State The niece that was reference also lives outside of New York State The deed was prepared - which [redacted] and [redacted] is aware - and was sent to the niece on different occasions Initial two sends was by Fed Ex and the niece complained because she lives so far from the Fed Ex to retrieve the package and she is not home during the day to accept it The last time was by regular mail - which the niece did receive but refused to sign after consulting with brother that is against the transfer I have talked with the brother that opposes the transfer I have talked with [redacted] on a number of occasions Last that she and I spoke, [redacted] was going to try to talk to her brother once again I contacted the brother by mail and have received no response nor have I had any further communication with him It would have been easier for either [redacted] or [redacted] to contact my office - which they have not - than to go through these channels A portion of the $paid into my office can be refunded However, costs were incurred and work performed on this file I attempted to contact [redacted] after receiving your email on 9/2/to inform her of the amount I can refund on this file, she did not answer and her cell phone message service is full

*** called to say she filed the complaint on behalf of her mother, *** Mathews, as she is very fragile these days*** was there
also for the initial consultation with you*** and her mother are awaiting the results and paperwork regarding what you were hired to do in regards to rendering the documents, as her mother and uncle were supposed to be "signing parties" to these documentsWe know that one uncle received the documents but did not sign themWe want to know the outcome of the initial request for service*** ***

I spoke with Daria LPratcher and she stated that the consumer who filed the complaint is a third party, therefore is not privy to filing or the information involved
