I am rejecting this response because:I have sent *** *** numerous emails attaching emails to show the problems we have had with this company. To touch on Greg’s response.....he noted that the complaint is not from the owner He knew from the get go that my husband told him that his wife which is me (*** ***) will be the point of contact and that I will be handling everything for the condoWhat does it matter that I am not the owner We are married and we are oneHe is trying to make excuses He was aware of it and all year I was the point of contact and now that we are coming to you guys he is bringing this up which wasn’t an issue all year As you can see all the emails sent that he doesn’t ever take care anything in a timely manner from our GE taxes to getting things done for the tenants I had to take time out of my busy schedule to stay on top of stuff because he won’t Were he stated that most calls from me came after hours was lies We have a time difference between us and I always got ahold of the office but things were NEVER done Then he stated it was difficult dealing with me because I wasn’t consistent or timely with my responses to questions on how to handle certain matters Really!???? Look at all the emails forwarded showing that it was HIM not me!! And yes there was a request for the faucet to be fixed and again look at the email we NEVER stated we didn’t want to pay I told him to fix it and let me know how much ASAP Lastly the reason for tenant moving yes because of work But as my realtor was there at the walk through the tenants friend asked my realtor is it true the owners never wanted to fix things?? My realtor said oh NO they are not like that and the tenant came on the phone with me I spoke with her and she was surprised to know it wasn’t us And the email I sent you that was via text says it that “what he said about u” Very unprofessional and slandering us as owners He admitted that it mentioned he should have never said anything negative about us he should have just suck it up and walk wayBut NO he think he was hurting us but to know he is only hurting himself We changed the locks on our door immediately because we could not trust him Need to know what is the next step to this situation As you can see on all the emails shows how I was consistent and how he NEVER took care of anything except the faucet Why waste my money on his company when I felt I was doing all work His letter was full of lies and excuses Why cover up and blame us only to bring shame to himself and his company I just don’t want another person experience what we did

To whom it may concern:Please note the complaint is not from the owner of the unit; however we worked through her as if she was the owner.  We took care of all their property management requirements in a timely manner.  Calls and emails were also returned in a timely manner.  Most...

calls were made by the complainant after normalbusi ness hours and were not of an emergency of nature.It was difficult dealing with the complainant since she was not consistent or timely with her responses to questions on how to handle certain matters. It was always our fault, never her fault.She had unrealistic expectations and we are sorry we worked for them.Received only one request from the tenant that the master bedrooms ink faucet that was rusted and corroded; which needed to be replaced after (2) months occupancy.  We purchased the faucet and had a licensed plumber install it.  We did not charge for the faucet since the owner complained that the cost for labor was too high .Also, reason for tenant moving was that their jobs were relocating to the windward side of the island (Note: rental located in Kapolei).  Mentioned to tenant that the owner probably wanted top dollar for their unit and the tenant said the owner seemed pushy.
