This company has misled affiliates, taken their money, and now management has abandoned the company leaving us and customers hanging. I signed up online and sent a cashier's check #XXXXXXXX in amount of $1575 for 10 cases of product, sign up fee and included $1k "platinum" membership which meant you could get 5% of company profits. It took two weeks for this company to locate my check, yet when I checked with my bank it had already been cashed. That should have been a red flag. Yesterday a letter was sent to affiliates by [redacted], on record as sales VP, saying he was resigning, that he was the only one of management left in the office and he didn't know what would happen to the product and company. I want my $1k back, as do others. 5% was never paid out, they can't even tell what their profits were for the last quarter. I never signed any legal documents to show I was an investor. The feeling on my end is that this was a scam.Desired SettlementI would like a full refund of the $1k. The $575 I paid for product/registration, which I received and have been unable to sell, I will absorb that cost and hopefully be able to liquidate product as a personal loss.

I call them about my order that I place on Jan. 31, 2014 the company shipping issue I call five day later they still have shipping issue, I call again they are still having shipping issue then I request refund then they tell me you order will be ship because I ask for a refund then I say fine as long I am getting my order. Today I can numerous of time no one is answering and now I decide to report them because now I want my money back $139.00. My order invoice is order#XXXXX order date 01/25/2014 so I left numerous voicemail no return call.Desired SettlementI am tired of calling give me the save excuse just want my refund backBusiness Response Our terms and conditions state that product will be received between 7-14 Business days. His tracking number is [redacted]XXXXXXXXXXXXXX. His order was received and signed for within that amount of time. Once the package is delivered to the address the customer has the right to reject the package and return it back to us and receive a refund. He has not done so and therefore he is not entitled to a refund.More info received from the consumer 2014-02-20Company did sent my order finally but never put tracking number in my back office since I try calling them again then they put tracking number but never answer their phone.So thank you from the response but I will not be order from this company again due no one pickup the phone, never get anyone call me for order delay.
