I did not make a claim against Avalure company. I submitted the only address for the
company I dealt with online (NBristol St, #437; Santa Ana, CA 92706 to the attention of Pure Obsession Skin Care-Instant Serum Return). I emailed the company at: [email protected]. I contacted the company by phone at 877-635-1170. Unfortunately, I do not have the original order information--other than I ordered it in response to a pop up box on MSN. After I called to cancel the Subscription, this is a copy of the email I received:Order Number:***Ordered on 06/22/01:42amDear M Findlay,Thank you for using Pure Obsession Cream (Rebill)This email is to inform you that your subscription status has been recently updated and any ongoing or all future charges have been cancelled as per your request.If you have any questions about the cancellation of this subscription, or if you would like to re-activate the same in the future, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team.I'm not sure where the Avalure company name fits in this. Someone told me that it appeared Pure Obsession hijacked their website, but I do not know if this is true. Did anyone at the Revdex.com try to contact the company via the numbers and addresses I have provided? That is how I reached the company after I was upset about the additional charges posted to my credit card. The first charges on my credit card statement were the ones I expected: June 7--Transaction Description VBI*AMOREXBEAUTY Location: TEL8886752045, CA for a charge of $5.95. June 7th: Transaction Description: NVL*STUNNINGSKINGRP Location: ***, CA for a charge of $4.95Then new charges appeared on June 22, which are the charges I am upset about (as I thought the original charges were just for shipping the product and the product was free as it was stated on the website). These charges were reflected asJune 22: Transaction Description: VBI*AMOREXBEAUTY Location: TEL8886752045, CA for a charge of $87.00June 22: Transaction Description: NVL*STUNNINGSKINGRP Location: 8777214686, CA for a charge of $89.73I am hopeful this additional information helps to identify who is representing themselves as Pure Obsession and I'm hopeful the transaction number listed above helps as that is the number I was given when I called to complain about the additional charges. Please let me know if I need to submit further information. Thank you for your assistance
