Despite Pure Organic Cleaners admitting they still have my coat and that I can be returned at any
time, they still have not returned my coatWe have exchanged numerous text messagesThey have also admitted they have been successfully served in relation to my civil claim against themI have also shared video footage with them of the owner taking my coat from my doormanThey did not deny it was not them but rather commented that no one could tell who it was from grainy nature of the image shared

I dropped 20 tailored shirts, 1 sweater, 1 pair of trousers off with Pure Organic on 5/*/2015. This was over $4,000 of clothing. After a few weeks of saying my delivery was coming they told me my dry cleaning was lost, then the story switched to saying it was found but damaged, I still requested my clothes and then the story became that it was lost again. The store agreed to settle for my losses but this turned out to be a delay tactic as they never consummated the settlement. After months of back and forth I filed in small claims court on 9/*/2015. The business has yet to compensate me or address the problem. I am not alone in similar issues with this dry cleaner.

Review: On ** September 2015 at 13:05 I rang Michael on ###-###-#### to enquire about dry cleaning my Canada Goose Montreal jacket. He told me it would cost $170.00. When I said I would bring it to his store he said he would pick it up from my apartment as he was doing a delivery. At 16:58 on ** September 2015, my jacket was collected from my doorman Tony. This exchange has been captured on video surveillance. When Michael hadn’t returned my multiple calls by Saturday ** October 2015, I went to his shop at [redacted] to find it had closed down. Michael returned my call later that day and told me that he was now doing predominantly wholesale dry cleaning with some retail. He told me my jacket would be returned on Tuesday ** October 2015. When it was not returned I rang him on Wednesday ** October 2015 and told him I needed it by 10pm on ** October 2015. He told me that would be fine as it was done and would be delivered. When it was not returned by 10 pm on ** October he texted to say that he would bring it to the airport. I asked him to deliver it to my doorman. It was not delivered. I have had multiple text message exchanges where he has provided me with multiple excuses. I went to the police to file a report on ** October 2015. I notified him that this was the case and that my next step would be to file a claim with the Small Claims Court if it wasn’t returned by ** October 2015 at 17:00. Despite him telling me it is not lost or stolen I still have not received my jacket and have been charged $189.00 for a service I did not receive.Desired Settlement: I would like 1). my Canada Goose Montreal coat returned or if it cannot be returned to be reimbursed $795 for its value, and 2). my debit card reimbursed for $189.00 for the dry cleaning service I did not receive.

Review: Hi,I dropped off clothing at a Dry Cleaners at the end of September. I was sent away for work for a few months and called the cleaner informing him of this. He said okay and did not mention any storage fee. I started calling when I returned in February and spoke with [redacted] who said that the owner [redacted] would call me back. I had to call three times before he returned my call in late March. He is now saying that I owe him $400 dollars for a "storage fee" and demands that I give him cash. I offered $200 but he would not accept.Desired Settlement: I would just like my stuff back, I am happy to pay for any cost of cleaning but according to ** State law I should not have to pay this "storage fee" for up to 6 months.
