To whom it may concern,My name is [redacted] ***, I am the general manager at Cars America Inc We received this complaint from the Revdex.com on behalf of [redacted] *** I am personally working to resolve this issue We were notified about an intermittent electrical issue in late August, at our request the customer brought the vehicle in for a diagnostic review by our shop manager Upon the diagnostic check we did find an issue that we felt needed to be addressed We then offered to take the vehicle to a local Dodge Dealership for further testing and possible repair Once given a timeline by the Dodge Dealer we relayed that information to our customer The customer didn't find the timeline satisfactory and elected to take the vehicle back to their home in Bastrop, letting us know that they would drop it off on their own Since then the customer has made several payments on the vehicle never mentioning that there was a problem that still exists We recently received the complaint notice Upon receiving it, we reached out to the customer to find out about their issues that were still existing We then sent one of our porters to pick up the vehicle and take it to the Dodge Dealership in Bastrop Texas Since then we have picked up their vehicle and are in the process of making the required repairs It needs to be mentioned that after reading the complaint I find it incredibly inaccurate We have on multiple times diagnosed and transported the customers vehicle at no charge to them Also, when we sold the vehicle it had four brand new tires on it 225/65rGoodyear Weather Handlers When we picked up the vehicle and inspected it Two of the new tires were still on the front of two wheels while the other two had been swapped out Also, the vehicle has clearly not been sitting in their driveway It was purchased on August 10th with miles and as of December 1st the vehicle has miles on it So it has been driven miles in days which is well above average.I will continue to work with the customer to resolve this problem and look forward to updating the Revdex.com with what will hopefully be a mutually beneficial outcome[redacted] ***Cars America Inc

*** ***we agree to fix the car but it is not true what you say in your response if you are the manager I would have liked you to come out to talk to us the day we were on the Dealer, I brought the vehicle to my house in Bastrop because receptionist *** gave me no choice because he said it took the agency dodge a month and a half to deliver vehicles and that she would talk to me when you give the date since then have almost a month without a vehicle I appreciate that today the pending fix my vehicle and I hope you do the repairs you need here is the evidence of the rim if they can see a month and the other tire burst back was just a patch here are the receipts

Thank you for reaching out. We have decided to refund the down payment money to the customer even though there we have no legal liability to do so. We made our decision base on the simple fact that we would prefer not to do business with someone that doesn't understand the importance in
carrying insurance on a vehicle that is being financed

I personally spoke with the client on a couple of different occasions and a final resolution was reachedA refund check was issued to Mr*** on 2-7-We regret that this circumstance occurred and have taken steps to prevent this from happening in the futureLakeshore Bone and Joint

At this point the vehicle has been returned to the customer and the issues have been addressed.  We were able to fix one of the problems (fuse block) that our technicians located through more diagnostic work.  There is a new fuse block on order for the vehicle and we will be installing it on the Caravan upon its arrival.  The part (Fuse block) is on back order through Chrysler.  We hope to receive it in the near future.  We will contact the customer directly to schedule installation.   Thank you [redacted]
