Stay away from this Company. They completely were inadequate in mixing the selected finish for our pool. They had the incorrect ingredients and our pool finish was not done to the specs in the contract. Not one single phone call from them to rectify their error!

I have had Pure Pools service my pool for a year in Gran Paradiso in Venice, Florida and the service, not only pool cleaning but in depth service for pool repair and maintenance, is outstanding. Jimmy often answers the phone as quickly as possible and follow up on any concerns. I continue to see that I am very comfortable in relying on the service and have seen that they do let me know if a piece of maintenance is needed often giving me peace of mind.

From Mike in sales, to Billy's project crew to Lisa who got it completely balanced and ready for swimming! They are all very professional and always do what they say they are going to do! They were here every day and they entire job took only a week from start to finish! If you need a new pool, rehab on your existing one or a company to clean and service your pool, I would call these guys! They know what they're doing and they do what they say they are going to do at a fair price
