Pure Radiance Age Defying Moisturizer Reviews (%countItem)

They advertised that you just pay shipping and now they've charged me $97.17 for some type of subscription
ordered some type of face cream where you just had to pay shipping
that was not true
didn't see anything in their fine print that they would charge me $97.17

Desired Outcome

really disappointed. Just want my $97.17 refunded back to me

I ordered the Pure Radiance product in December 2019 that had a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee that stated;"If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with Re-Nourish within 90 days of purchase, simply return the unused portion and/or empty bottle(s) within 90 days from purchase date for a full and prompt refund with no questions asked". This product promised hair regrowth. I sent a check for $199.80 for a three month supply. I used the product faithfully for two straight months and saw absolutely no difference in my hair. Therefore after two month and there was no benefit I sent the empty bottles and remaining product back on March 16, 2020 to make sure it was received prior to 90 days. My invoice was dated 12/30/2019. After two months I had not received a refund or response. I sent another letter May 4, 2020. I called the company May 21, 2020 and spoke to a lady that was not pleasant at all. She told me that since I paid by check, it takes 6-8 weeks to get the refund. I called again June 29, 2020 and spoke to a very pleasant lady named Nina. She said she could see where they had received the product back and did not know why I had not received a refund. She said she would leave a message for that department and they would either call or email me. As of July 10, 2020 I have received neither. The first week in July I received another advertisement about the product as if I had never ordered anything from the company. I put the letter in the enclosed envelope and sent it back to them and once again requested my refund.
Product_Or_Service: Pure Radiance/Re-Nourish hair regrowth solution
Order_Number: XXXXXXXX

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) I would like a 100% refund of $199.80 and would like for the company to take my contact information out of their system.

charged on my credit card, for 2, did not order any.
ordered sample 5-15, they reordered without my consent 5-28 and 6-28
only received one Billed under VitaPureradiencecream CAXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXX
for 97.17 on 5-26 Billed under KREATIVEMOISTURE 833-5548400NM
XXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXX X-XX FOR 97.85
they are using 2 company names but it is for the same product. Product has 30 day guarantee, but takes 45 days for shipment.

Desired Outcome

Their ad doesn't say you will automatically get more, read it again this morning, false advertising, also billing under 2 company names is dishonest. Billing two different prices. Was hung up on 3 times. I want a refund for the items I did not order which is 97.17 and 97.85

Requested a face cream for $4.99 and various charges $4.99 - $97.17 were pulled from my credit card from different companies.
On 3/26/20 I ordered a sample cream from Dermorcort Skim Cream for $4.99 ONLY. On 3/28 another order was being processed for eye cream $4.99. I emailed them to cancel and not response. I called and they said they would cancel and send confirmation email. On 3/26 I get another email from Youth Renew Beauty stating that they are processing another cream. I got billed for $97.17 on 4/12/20 and I tried to call and they hung up on me and they would pick up the calls after. Now I got charge on 5/8/20 by Youth Renew Beauty after cancelling and they charged me $96.00. They also go by the name of Magnificent Mazzio. Something needs to be done and would like to get my refund back for both $97 and $96. This is a scam! My credit company is doing an investigation and I will also work with the attorney general's office.

Desired Outcome

Something needs to be done and would like to get my refund back for both $97 and $96. This is a scam! My credit company is doing an investigation and I will also work with the attorney general's office.

My membership was canceled inApril 2020. Now an unauthorized withdrawal of $98.69 this month. Invalid contact number. Need refund.
First unauthorized withdrawal was partially refunded in April 2020. Account should've been closed. Now another unauthorized withdrawal.using a different company name. Fraudulent. I want a refund. No contact information available.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking a refund of $98.69. And want my account closed again. Want this company and happy skin cream to be flagged as a fraudulent scam.

Customer Response • Jun 01, 2020

I reviewed my bank account from previous statements. Ifound a working phone number for the gravity cream company. They are the same as the happy cream company. I recieved a full refund because the records show I cancelled my membership. Case is resolved. Thank you

They are still at it!! I got sucked in as well and should have known better!! My bank disputed it for me but they will only refund me 1/2. I had to get a new bank card to close my other acct so they wouldnt try and draft again. This is a big SCAM!! Taking innocent people for their hard earned money!!! There is no way in *** I would pay $200 for face and eye cream!!

In November 2019, Pure Radiance said they shipped me product that was never received. They billed me $199, I asked them to reverse the charge.
In November 2019, Pure Radiance said they shipped me product that was never received. They billed me $199, I asked them to reverse the charge. I never authorized the charge and I never ordered the product that they thought they sent.

I sent them a written request, as stated above. They have not written back and have not reversed the charge.

They called and left me a voicemail, saying that someone at their company signed me up for autoship, although without my authorization. But that error is a minor detail -- they billed me for product I did not receive and therefore need to reverse the charges. I called multiple times but cannot get through to anyone on their phone.

Desired Outcome

Refund the $199 that I was charged for product I did not receive and did not order.

Pure Radiance Age Defying Moisturizer Response • Feb 28, 2020

Hello,

We do not have a record of charging him $199.00, please have the customer send in receipt that he was charged $199.00 by us and we will gladly refund him via a manual check.

Thank You.

Advertised skincare product as FREE plus shipping. Paid shipping. Days later was charged nearly $200.
Agreed to take advantage of two FREE skincare product plus shipping on January 10, 2019. Paid total of $9.90. Days later incurred two charges---approximately $98.00 and $94.00. Disputed with my bank. Company refused, stating the agreement was to notify company within 14 days or would be charged full price. GOOGLED the company and discovered it is a scam. Called company. They wouldn't refund, stating I hadn't followed the rules.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund of the two charges: $94 and $98

Dear ***,

We would be more than happy to assist you, but we are unable to locate an account with the information you provided. Can you please reply with the full name, email-address and/or phone number used to place the order or order# from the confirmation email?

Please respond with the above information so we may further assist you.

This is such a scam!! I just want a refund and for this company to be reported to the attorney general!
A few weeks ago an offer pops up on my computer about this anti-aging cream. I have a screenshot of the offer on my phone. The exact words are: Revive Cream are giving away samples of their Instant Wrinkle Reduction Cream for FREE. Then it goes on to say the ONLY cost you will incur is the discounted shipping rate of $4.95.

Once you sign up and give them your financial info, you have to read through pages upon pages of terms and conditions that tell you that you are indeed signing up for a subscription and that if you don't CANCEL this within 12 days (8 days+4days shipping to be exact)you will be charged $119.94.

What this company is doing is not illegal by any means, but it is definitely false advertising and intentionally tricking consumers.

Not to mention their website: www.getreviveskin.com lists this address as their company address: 11551 E. 45th Ave. Unit C in Denver, CO 80239. This is NOT their address. This address is for a fulfillment warehouse that ships their product only.

When they charged my bank account for the "discounted shipping" and then the subscription price of $119.95 (hidden in terms and conditions) there are 3 phone numbers listed for them: 1-888-262-9490, 1-888-224-1065 and 1-877-221-3296. Then, the phone number listed on their website is 1-833-657-0555.

When you call their customer service, you learn that it is only a call center hired to take their calls. There is literally NO WAY to reach this company itself.

That will not stop me. I was promised a full refund and will be taking this to the attorney general as well.

If this so called "company" would like to contact me to rectify this situationit needs to be FROM THE ACTUAL COMPANY.

Desired Outcome

I would like a FULL refund and I would also like for this company to be required to take down the false advertising of free products and list their "subscription agreement" with full faith where the customers will definitely see it instead of being a SNAKE and listing it in the terms and conditions!

Dear ***,

We would be more than happy to assist you, but are unable to locate an account with the information you provided.

Can you please reply with the full name, email- address and/or phone number used to place the order or order# from email confirmation?

On the back of the product you received should be a phone number for the company servicing your account.

We look forward to your responce so we can further assist you.

Got a sample of product and got sucked into a monthly billing scheme charging $89 to credit card. Trying to get $ back. 3 phone calls. Got hung up on
Got free sample of Pure Radiance online. A month later, unsolicited, got another one. Called company on January 4, 2018 to ask what was going on, they said I "agreed" to this monthly delivery by signing on for the "free" sample. I was told my card was billed for $89.18. I asked to immediately stop the "membership."
I was told to send product back and then call them on the day the tracking number said it would arrive, and they would send my money back once they verified the product was back in their hands. 3-5 days max. I was given a "RMA" number, XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, and was given a Savannah GA address to send the product back to: 5710 Ogeechee Road, Suite 200, Door 315, Savannah Georgia 31405. I sent the product back on Jan. 5, 2018. I called on Jan. 8, the day the tracking number said they would have their product back. This person ("Robert" in Arizona) now said they didn't know why that person told me what they did, and asked me where sent the product. Told me to wait another week. Said they would send me an email (which I requested) when my money was back in my account. He gave me a Confirmation number: XXXXXXX. Never heard from them. Called today, one week after the tracking number said the product was returned. This woman now told me it would take 2-3 weeks to get my money back and that it all depended on my bank, whether or not they would "accept" the return!! When I asked why and stated other phone calls indicated other answers, she just gave me a bizarre answer stating she had discussed the benefits of the product and HUNG UP ON ME. (I had asked her at the beginning of the conversation to repeat her name because I couldn't understand her and still could never understand what her name was.) I want my money back.

Desired Outcome

This company needs to refund me the full amount charged including ANY hidden charges they have applied to my credit card. I know of $89.18, who knows if it's more. They need to indicate via email to me that they have closed this account/scheme permanently and no further charges will be billed. Ever. They need to verify that the full amount owed to me has been credited to my account.

Dear ***,

We recently received your complaint #XXXXXXXX regarding account. We take complaints very seriously and we hope this response will provide you with additional information.

The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a 16 day trial period starting from the date of your order processing in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges. They also indicate that "you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the amount of $89.18 sixteen days from the date of your order processing for the product."

When you ordered the product you also clicked a button indicating that you agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer clicks that button we must assume that they have actually read what they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.

Since we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged $89.18 when your trial ended.

According to our records the first contact we had requesting the cancellation of your account was on January 04, 2018 when you cancelled with a representative. Your account was immediately cancelled and you have not received any shipments or charges since then. You were provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) for a refund once the unopened product was returned.

As a courtesy today, we have issued you a 100% refund on your most recent charge. You were refunded 89.18 Transaction-ID: XXXXXXXXXX and can take 3-5 business days to reflect.

Your account remains canceled and you will not receive any further shipments or charges.

Sincerely,

Pure Radiance Customer Service

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I will accept the response when the money is truly refunded.

Businesses like this tie consumers up in fine print that their lawyers have carefully worded to scam people out of their money on a monthly basis. I DO NOT remember locking myself into this contract, because I NEVER would have had I known.

People like this draw you in with offers of "FREE!" and then lock you in to a mess while draining your bank account.

If this business is so above-board why does every representative you talk to tell you a different story and claim to have no idea why the last person you talked to told you what they did?

Why do they have so many different addresses (PO Boxes-not even addresses)?

Why, when you try to ask what the status of your refund is, do you get hung up on? That certainly doesn't instill a sense of confidence in the "company."

I do not care for their snarky attitude and believe without contacting the Revdex.com I would have never seen my money. And I'm waiting for that before I close this complaint.

Buyer beware. This is a different world we live in. Man people have no conscience anymore. Robbing people is just all in a day's work.

Dear ***,

We do apologize for any confusion, we do not offer "Free" Products.

While we try to make all customers aware of the Terms and Conditions when they place an order, we do understand that some customers may have overlooked them. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

We have refunded $89.18 Transaction-ID: XXXXXXXXXX and you should have already received the funds back to your account.

This serves as a confirmation that your auto ship subscription has been cancelled as of January 04, 2018. You will no longer receive shipments, nor will you be charged for any additional product.

I hope this resolves your concern today and I hope you have a good day!

SCAMMMMMMM!!!!!! Do not get sucked in! This is another one of those fly-by-night disreputable companies that offers you a "free" trial offer and then turns around and starts billing you on a monthly basis for an over-inflated scam product that they start sending you every 30 days that you didn't even sign up for. But they have "legally" bound you with fine print so you have to jump through tons of hoops to get out of it!!! I am DONE ordering ANYTHING on line unless it's from a reputable company!! I asked for the return address one of those shady "suite number and then DOOR number" kind of addresses..."businesses" that close up in the middle of the night. Received a 17 digit return authorization number. What a joke.
As one person said on here, is this really how people make a living now-a-days?? Scammimg people out of their money??
STAY AWAY FROM ''PURE RADIANCE" or any of their other scam products, because they have more than one!

If I could give them a zero, I would. But the next option, unfortunately, is a 1.

I want my refund money.
Hi , I bought 2 creams , on October 9th t 2017 they said that each cream will be $4.99 and charged me more on November 1 -17 one pure radiance and one radiant allure, and after two weeks the charged me full price that I wasn't aware off and it was one for $88.63 and another one for $89.18 I called the company when I found out and they told me to return the product for full refund and I did and they gave this numbers to put on the box , for the pure radiance :*** and for the radiant allure *** and I mailed back on the first week of November and I waited for them to refunded my money but nothing happened so I called them last week and they told me that nothing appears returned from me so for me to wait two more weeks and then call back again . I guess that's a lot of time that already passed by so I would like to ask you if you can help me to find out when are giving me my money back. Thank you so much .

Desired Outcome

For them to be specific when they advertise a product and to be clear that they will charged full price after some time .

Customer Response

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
when going thru the form each additional item was check DENIED and went to another item which was also checked DENIED
then screen went blank and I was booted off site.
I did not confirm this request nor was any type of correspondence sent to me confirming a order was placed

I ordered a Free trial of Pure Radiance and Radiant Allure on July 12, which I received in Oct. and was charged what I was told $9.89 for both. I paid this charge. On my Visa charge for Oct. 7-Nov. 7, 2017 I received 2 chargesPure Radiance for $89.18 and Allure for $88.63. I called the numbers on my Charge Account (877-856-2612 in Georgia) and Allure Agent #5873, Scott, said I could return all 4 products and get a full refund. I was given RMA numbers for all 4 products and a Return address. To confirm with Pure Radiance, I spoke with a representative, Shakia (Sp?) (XXX-XXX-XXXX) who said they have cancelled one of the charges of $89.18 and $88.63, but would not cancel the other. I am returning all 4 products with the RMA numbers I received from Scott Nov. 11, 2017.

I ordered a free trial myself to try it out. I then went to cancel the product within the 14 days as it said. I looked everywhere online for a number to cancel it and there was not one place on any of their websites that had any contact information. I sent back one box and then received another. In order to even find a number I had to take the return address off the box and look it up, which brought me to this website where I was then able to reach them to cancel thank God. Who wants to pay $88 for a face cream that is like 2 oz? On top of that they purposely do not put a receipt in the box so that you have no information period. Only a scam company does that. I would not recommend this product to anyone!!!!!! Due to the fact I cannot submit a review without clicking a star, I am clicking one, but really it should be negative 5,000 stars!

Skin products were advertised as FREE (for small S&H cost) "from MACY's"! Two weeks later they charged me $89 plus $88 for the two "free" products.
They advertised using the "fact" that MACY's stores were closing and GIVING AWAY some nice skin products. All you pay is shipping&handling ($4.95 for one product, $4.94 for another). The offer was on my Adroid phone. Thought it would be fun to try the product. I trusted MACY's. But was this REALLY a MACY's product?

About two weeks later they charged my debit card/MC $89 and $88 respectively. I found ph#'s for them. They would not refund those large amounts for the tiny product I received! They claimed that a person had to return the product in 14 days if you didn't want to pay for it!! Some FREE GIFT from MACY's, oh yes!

I never saw anything on my phone about 14 days or any other strings attached!!

They hung up on me each of the three times I called! I doubt that MACY's authorized this scam!

I'm working with my bank to get the charges removed, and I have closed my debit card - opting for a replacement with new account #, etc.

I have occasionally received other trials for shipping&handling, with no strings attached--not even required to "automatically" go on a monthly plan after the gift trial. This is really a scam! - and with these customer service reps hanging up as they do (and they don't even have a supervisor available), it quacks like a scam and beyond any doubt, it is a scam!

Your Revdex.com Report about them isn't favorable, as well.

Desired Outcome

Totally REFUND THE $89 AND $88 plus cents on each (don't have that figure right here). They will have to refund by Money Order, since I closed the account they were confiscating from!! Plus - another solution: shut down their fraudulent scam-ring business. The local police authorities should be contacted for them to be arrested in accordance with law!

The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a 16 day trial period starting from the date of your order processing in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges. They also indicate that "you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the amount of $88.63 and $89.18 six-teen days from the date of your order processing for the product."

These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our product. Additionally, you were sent an order confirmation email after your order was completed that provided a full written version of the terms you agreed to.

When you ordered the product you also clicked a button indicating that you agreed to the terms of the offer. After reviewing your account it appears we have already refunded your account when you and your Bank called on November 07, 2017. You were refunded $89.18 Trans-ID: XXXXXXXXXX and $88.63 Trans-ID: XXXXXXXXXX back to the original form of payment.

As you mentioned your Bank account was closed- your Bank will issue a refund directly if in fact your account was closed, you may verify this with your Financial Institute.

Your account remains canceled and you will not receive any further shipments or charges. I hope this resolves your concern today and I hope you have a good day!

Customer Response

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)

The amounts in question were disputed with the Bank (my bank, OneWest) on the line with the merchant and with me. After some wrangling, the merchant finally agreed to refund the total amounts. Such have been credited to my account. I am receiving a new card with different account number, due to this unethical situation and the unethical, manipulative advertising and subsequent charges.

BOTTOM LINE: you don't offer a GIFT for "FREE" and agree to pay shipping/handling only... then CHARGE a person for a GIFT!!

PREPOSTEROUS!!

This case is closed, finally totally in my favor. But let it be known that this company does not have a good reputation with the Revdex.com and with other complaints seen online.

Regards

Pure Radiance Age Defying Moisturizer Response

Dear Julie,

Thank you for your response.

We have provided you with a full refund, and your Financial Institute will apply the refund to your new card.

If they are unable to do so they will issue a check.

This matter has been resolved on our end and your account remains closed.

Customer Response

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)

Yes, I accept the refund and have already received it - the credit from my bank through your agreement to refund. However, I ask that you never advertise a "GIFT" using Macy's or other than yourself, for a "small S&H charge" and then a week or so later charge the full amount on the card provided!!

Even if you will ever have print saying that's the "policy" - it is an unethical policy. No DECENT PERSON or BUSINESS offers a "free gift" and then turns around and charges the complete full amount for the "gifts" if you don't call them "in time".

ABSURD and MANIPULATIVE to advertise this "luring" and DISHONEST WAY!! I quickly canceled my card and had to order a new card / debit number in order to avoid any other indiscretions you might commit. Your advertising wasted a LOT of my time.

PLEASE demand clear, kindly, non-manipulative ETHICS of your company!!

Cordially

I had ordered a product online and did not know it was 1 14-day trial promotion. In my order, a second product popped up and I was unable to refuse it
on 10/10 I purchased a product online not realizing it was a 14day trial then you have to cancel. at the end of the purchase a box popped up saying most buyers purchase this product as well, it did not allow me to say no so at the end of my order I was charged for both products at 4.95. Today my acct was charged 88.63 and 89.18 for (2) samples! called 4x and each time they gave me the speel, refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor and hung up on me each time. I went to my bank and they called 3x! and hung up on them as well. called AGAIN and spoke to "Derek" who refused to let me speak to a supervisor, nor give me a name or address so I could forward a letter from my lawyer. He finally said as a 1 time courtesy they could give me 30% off 1 product. I said unacceptable. He then put me on hold and said they could give me 50% off 1 product...still unsatisfied with this but accepted. I would like the full refund and honestly admitting that I did not know these samples were a trial. Told him I would return products but he said we can't accept something opened! Well how would I know if I liked it if I didn't open it! Is and rude.We called today, 10/31 between 11am-12pm, 7x. The items were Pure Youthful Radiance XXXXXX and CPI Infinity XXXXXX. I do not know what these numbers are but they so next to the charge on my bank statement.

Desired Outcome

I am asking for the full refund of $177.81 ($44.31 is to be refunded within 7-10 days (50%) of 1 product.)and just for the hassle and to be hung up each time is RUDE! This was an honest mistake on my part and they should recognize that. The upsetting part is I have (2) small bottles which I thought were samples and these bottles cost me $180.00. Ridiculous!

Pure Radiance Age Defying Moisturizer Response

Dear ***,

We recently received your complaint #XXXXXXXX regarding your account. We take complaints very seriously and we hope this response will provide you with additional information.

The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a 16 day trial period starting from the date of your order processing in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges. They also indicate that "you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the amount of $89.18 and $88.63 six-teen days from the date of your order processing for the product."

These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our product. Additionally, you were sent an order confirmation email after your order was completed that provided a full written version of the terms you agreed to.

When you ordered the product you also clicked a button indicating that you agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer clicks that button we must assume that they have actually read what they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.

According to our records the first contact we had requesting the cancellation of your account was on October 31, 2017 when you cancelled with a representative. Your account was immediately cancelled and you have not received any shipments or charges since then.

The representative provided you with a 50% refund on your most recent charge, as you agreed to accept as a resolution. You were refunded $44.32 Trans-ID: XXXXXXXXXX on October 31, 2017.

As a courtesy today, we have refunded you the additional $44.31 Trans-ID: XXXXXXXXXX and $89.18 Trans-ID: XXXXXXXXXX. Please allow 3-5 business days to reflect back into your account.

Your account remains canceled and you will not receive any further shipments or charges.

Customer Response

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I am very happy with their response and maybe this will teach their customer service to not hang up on customers and actually listen to them..they were very rude with their "rehearsed responses" and would hang up immediately. Thank you Revdex.com for your assistance.

I ordered product from Pure Radiance online. They started charging me exorbitant prices for tiny bottles of skin product that I did not agree to.
I received the products in an unmarked box, void of paperwork of any kind. Didn't think much of it OR the product. I was going over my bank statement the following month and saw that I had 6 separate charges from them in the amounts of $4.95, 4.94, 89.18, 88.63, 89.18, and 88.63 for a total of $365.51. I found their # online and called them and they distinctly told me not to contact my bank, as they would refund my money in full. I mailed back the product via USPS with a tracking number. After waiting for the package to arrive, I got the run-around from USPS and they apparently lost my package. I did not increase the insurance amount, as they have NEVER lost a pkg of mine before, ever! They can't find it now. Unfortunately, I doubt that I will recover my money from Pure Radiance, since USPS has lost this package. I do want to make a formal complaint as their practices are definitely on the shady side:

1)There was NO info about further shipments

2)No markings on the outside of the package

2)There was ZERO paperwork within the 2 packages they sent me (I took a video as I opened the second one, for proof)

3)There were adamant that I DO NOT contact my bank

4)They were rude beyond belief when I called Customer Service and hung up on me on one occasion. I actually had to find their number online, as like I said, there was zero paperwork within the pkg.

Unfortunately, because of USPS's bumbling of the return package, I have no way to know if they would have followed-through on the refund. I have my doubts after talking to an agent at the SD Revdex.com, but don't want them scamming others.

I will be contacting Attorney General in the Tampa Bay area regarding this issue also.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund of $365.51. I do have my tracking number from USPS and the RA#'s from True Radiance. I would also like to see them put out of business so that they don't get money from anymore unsuspecting people like myself.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
As of Oct 26, I see that 2 payments of $89.18 have been credited to my bank account but not the 2 payments of $88.63. I have also rechecked my emails and received no confirmation of the order I initially placed. I'm sorry but I was thoroughly confused as there was no paperwork in the packages I received. I will gladly accept the response when my full purchase price is returned. Thank you.
