My friend hosted a pure romance party on september 27,2019. I purchased a product and the consultant told me I'd get my product the next Friday and I never received it and I've tried to contact the consultant and she wont answer me. The consultants name is ***, not sure of the last name and she is from saskatoon.

Delivery I would like to know if my product has actually been ordered or if she just took my money. Or else I would appreciate a full refund.
