costumer called to complain on 04/03/almost weeks after service was provided
representative explain costumer that if the dryer machine does not dry the clothes,
he may need to do an indoor cleaning as well witch is different than the service was provided
rep also offered to come back and preform outdoor cleaning again for no chargecostumer refused
there is 100% satisfaction guarantee for the services we providepure seasons can not give a guarantee for services/items that wasn't provided/sold by pure seasons

The laundry dryer was completely operational and in good working condition prior to the services Pure Seasons performed on 3/24/Pure seasons did not offer to come back and fix the problem that they caused when I made them aware of the situationThis was a solution that I proposed and instead was given the option of paying even more for additional services to fix the problem that they caused in the first placeI was not offered the option at the time of the service to clean the dryer vent from the inside as well and was not even told that this was an optionI trusted the "professionals" that are (according to their advertisement) licensed, bonded, insured and offer 100% satisfactionI was never told that the services that they performed could cause an additional problem that did not exist before - which is what ended up happeningThe response from Pure Seasons to the Revdex.com states that they do not guarantee services that were not providedThey were paid to clean a dryer vent and the result of their services created a problem that did not previously exist and their proposed resolution to the problem was to charge me for additional servicesTheir responses forwarded to the Revdex.com based on this complaint are a completely inaccurate account of the events that occurredIn addition, at this point they are still offering no resolution to my complaint

Perfect, unnecessary involvement of the Revdex.com

Costumer had dryer vent cleaning outdoor included in the service.
since her dryer vent is roof top, tech did not cleaned it.
costumer called the office and said her dryer is not drying the cloths,
costumer service manager explained costumer...

that we did not preformed any cleaning to the dryer, since the dryer is on the roof and it was not included in her service, she may need to do an indoor dryer cleaning, or roof top which is priced separately.
eventually tech preformed dryer vent cleaning indoor for no charge, just to satisfy the costumer.
when [redacted] offered costumer to clean the dryer in the right way for additional charge, costumer did not want to pay, at the end she paid that fee to a different company. (which is what [redacted] recommended from the beginning). that all story could never be.
pure seasons really tried to pleased the costumer, although the costumer never paid for dryer vent cleaning.

The invoice from Pure Seasons, 10577, clearing stated that they included cleaning the "Dryer Vent Outdoor". This item is checked. Prior to my call to Pure Seasons, I had to call a dryer technician to isolate the problem, which identified the issue as a problem with the vent. When I called the manager initially on July 10th and 13h, he stated they would clean the vent for no charge providing we didn't have 2 dryer vents (which we don't as we only have 1 dryer).

yes, the technician marked the dryer outdoor by mistake since the dryer side wall is included for no charge, he just marked it before preforming it.
when costumer called the office she did not mention her dryer is roof top, and this part is not marked on the invoice.
regardless, it was not the problem and the cleaning with the other company will prove it.
we did preformed a dryer cleaning indoor for no charge and it stilt didn't help because costumer needed roof top dryer cleaning, as was explained by the manager.
we tried to explain costumer several times that she needs a different type of cleaning, 1.seems that the costumer tried to get free service or 2.did not fully understand what we did and what needs to be done.
any way we prefer to believe the 2nd option.
company did the best, including free service to please the costumer even when she didn't pay for the service she want.

I never ask for a discount on the services and provided my credit card to the technician to pay in full ($269) for the services (05/09) on the day of services performed. However, I demand the cost to fix the damages which are $1050-$1500 of repainting all the damaged ceilings.
Pure seasons technician accepted in writing the damages that occurred. However, technician offered me not to charge for service after speaking to his employer in foreign language not understood both by me and my wife. He was very fluent in English otherwise. Technician also requested us not ask for the receipt of the work which is the first sign of anyone trying or having wrong intentions to bypass [redacted] law and an attempt to sabotage any later customer action and legal rights provided by law and will act as a proof of services performed.
I would insist on to pay for the damages. Pure seasons have been following unethical business practices by misleading advertisement, not returning follow-up calls and denying any wrongdoing.
Someone not willing to respect organization like Revdex.com is clearly an organization that is not in business to do ethical business and follow business practices of high standard. Denying a legitimate complaint, following unethical and shady business practices. Shows the character of the business as how unethical they are.
No reputed business will act in this manner by trying to cheat customer by claiming as bonded and insured to gain the business. This is a clear case of a business cheating and breaking law by first misleading advertisement and false claim of being a reputed business who a customer can trust with their property. This falls under scam or frauds category.
I request Pure seasons to come out clean by accepting the wrongdoing and attempt to break the law not only once but on several counts.

Pure Seasons does not trying to create a spin here to confuse everyone,pure seasons just uses the facts mentioned. pure seasons always prefer to resolve costumer problems with the costumer and not through 3rd party, and avoid any spinning attempts.
coupon: pure seasons offers her costumer different packages, if costumer does not understand the contents of the package, we explain over the phone, if costumer still didn't understand we make sure technician explain again before starting the job.
it is a DUTY of pure seasons and any company to explain the costumer about the service that is about to be preformed, and his about to pay for.
in retrospect, Mr and Ms [redacted] did not understand the contents of the package, tech explain them before starting the job.
Mr and Ms [redacted] decided to preform a different package of cleaning.
during this time, costumer did not had any problem with the service.
Pure Seasons offer, not to collect the 269$ service fees that never paid, is still valid.

I think your repeated offer of not charging me confirms that your tech indeed damaged the property as no service provider will do it for free without any reason.
