I called Pure Showers to have two large glass mirrors installed in the master bathroom bath and a shower door rehung because it wouldn't close well The mirrors turned out perfectly and the door was rehung and swung without problem I paid them in full and we parted ways with a handshake Later I noticed a few scratches on the top of the shower door and didn't know if they had been done during the work or if it they were there prior to the work since we had just bought the house I called Pure Showers back and the owner came out to look at the door He said they hadn't worked on that part of the door and didn't think they had been involved with the scratches but he was willing to polish them out He was friendly and polite through the whole process and I was thoroughly satisfied with their work and their service GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
