I would like to receive $back from the company They charged me $- which was the balance I had with the company, for one treatment I had no idea that one treatment would cost I was not told ahead of time they would use the entire balance I had on record I was not told by the owner, nor was I told the day I went in by the gal that gave me the treatment If I had been told, I would not have proceeded I do not want to go back to that company, after being "dooped" I don't trust them WHen my apptwas scheduled the first time, I called to tell her I had a bad cold The OWNER was the one who told me to RESCHEDULE, as she didn't think blowing my nose or coughing in the treatment room would be beneficial to anyone The apptwas rescheduled I did cancel that one because I had a meeting - board of directors - that I could not change the date so had to cancel I allowed the recommended time for cancelling which was a week That was her policy and she comes back and says they couldn't reschedule anyone - that is her policy - I didn't make it up I don't care what products she used on me, I wasn't told of the products or procedure for 350.00.If this can't re resolved I will go to the "letters to the editor" of the San Clemente paper and also put it on facebook She took advantage of my money

The client then cancelled her appointment twice, and the solution went to waste....

When the client changed her mind about having the peel done, we still gave her $350 in store credit as a courtesy. She came in and had a DerMEsonic Skin Rejuvenation treatment done. This treatment is no ordinary facial by any means. It is a technology treatment that consists of ultrasonic exfoliation and deep pore cleansing, micro current muscle tightening, ultrasound stimulation of collagen and full spectrum photon LED light therapy along with using only 100% organic and chemical free products. The price for this treatment in our price list as well as on our website is $350. The DerMEsonic skin rejuvenation treatment is usually done in a series for best results. We offered the client a series of 3 treatments for $450 with her store credit applied she would have had to pay only $100. She said she did not want to spend any more money, so we offered her 2 treatments for her store credit without any additional charge. She came in for one of the treatments but has not come in for the other, which is still available to her. We feel that we have treated this client with utmost courtesy and I am very surprised by this complaint. I will send her a gift card for the remaining store credit of $175. Unfortunately we cannot give her a cash refund because the original purchase was a non-refundable discounted deal, which the client was aware of at the time of purchase, she signed our no-refund policy. We also spent $300 of her original purchase on the peel solution which we had to throw away when the client cancelled her appointment. We have been in business for 21 years in San Clemente and this is the first complaint with the Revdex.com we have received. We always treat our clients honest and fair, just like we treated this client and this complaint is completely uncalled for.
