My experiences with the crew of Steam N Dry have been nothing less than exemplary. They are always courteous, attentive, and professional.
I have been repeatedly floored (*wink wink*) by how clean my carpets are after these guys come through. Every time I think it may be time to replace them, I am proven wrong again. They go under furniture, they get the nooks and crannies, and they do a damn good job. Having tried several different companies (*cough [redacted] cough*,) I am confident in saying that Steam N Dry is the best.
[redacted] In the nearly five years that I have been a customer, they have only been late ONE TIME. On that occasion, I received a phone call half an hour before the appointment, and was very apologetically informed that my cleaner was running behind schedule. It didn't bother me one bit, because these guys are the real deal.

I was a recent customer of Steam n Dry, I was fortunate and got their worker Armando, he was very nice and did an excellent job on our carpet, Which was extremely bad. He worked wonders on my carpet. I talked with [redacted] who wasn't a nice person (confused about the prices), his attitude in general wasn't inviting, But he sent the best man for the job, again he was superb. Thank you Steam n dry.

I like this company. They are always on time, and the technicians are polite and respectful. This is the 3rd time I have used this company. They have fair prices, and they clean everything well. They usually move furniture without me asking them. I am super happy with this company, and I will recommend you all to try this company.

I called and set up an appointment with Tony [redacted] to arrive between 10:00am-11:00am. We removed furniture so it would be easier for workers, took the dog to a sitter, asked someone to take time off from there day to be there. Steam N Dry never showed up or called. My sister finally called, figuring they may have been held up at an earlier job, waited over an hour for a call back and they said they forgot to write it down. Come on! Isn't this a professional business? I called today and Tony [redacted] answered and I jokingly asked if he didn't want to drive all the way out to our town and he immediately became defensive, yelled at me and said, "I told you I forgot to write it down." I then said, "You know you're very [redacted], I'm going to use someone else". I can't believe they are an A+ rating. Would I recommend someone sitting around all day waiting? No. Would I recommend anyone having to deal with a person who is going to lose their temper? No. This is my brother's house who has been extremely ill and we wanted to do something nice for him. We will still get the carpets cleaned but certainly by using another company.

Steam n Dry was recommended to me by a friend. They did a wonderful job. The technician was on time, courteous and did an outstanding job cleaning my carpeting. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
