Placed an order 3/14/19 or 3/15/19 for a tshirt. Order was processed and amount (tshirt plus shipping) was immediately charged. Order confirmation received on 3/15/19 stating an email will be sent when order ships. March 22 2019 I emailed asking status on order. On 3/23/19 I received a reply stating good news they found my order but shipments have been taking 2-4 weeks due to influx of orders. On 4/22/2019 I again emailed asking for status on order. On 4/29/19 I received a reply again advising orders have been taking 2-4 weeks due to unexpected volume and then stated that they had trouble with their courier and would re-process my order and asking me what I wanted to do. On 4/30/19 I replied asking if it would ship that week. On 5/10/19 I received a reply stating yes it would ship that week and to expect it to arrive by the end of the month. I replied on the same day to please ship. On 5/12/19 I received reply stating thank you so much. On 5/19/19 I received email stating apologizing for keeping me waiting and states again that my order was reprocessed and stated shipping and handling takes 2-4 weeks to arrive from the day they reprocess. Today 6/18/19 I emailed requesting a refund. I do not mind waiting for something and have been more than patient and feel they are not at all being honest and have taken my money and not delivered.

I purchased and ordered their Mason jar baggie set on January 17th. It is now March 29th, I emailed them asking when I would receive my baggies. Originally they said they received multiple orders but is processing my order. I've then emailed asking either for a tracking information, my products arrival, or just a refund if they won't fulfill my order and have not received a correspondence back on any of these emails, March 18, 20 and 27th.
