Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:pure stone was paid $4,until completion of the granite installation Todate - ( almost months ) he has not completed the project and still has possession of the granite I paid for separately from his installation payment ? Mr*** *** *** is the contractor who recommended the owner of Pure Stone to install my granite He in no way is responsible for the lack of cooperation by Pure Stone, nor the poor quality of installation by Pure Stone (albeit he has seen the poor workmanship and has pictures), nor the incompletion of the project by Purse Stone, nor the delays incurred by Pure Stone to complete this project A Three day installation project by a year professional installer (or so stated by Pure Stone) has now escalated into a three month project.

We contacted the person who filed this complaint on and she said to contact *** *** ***, who is a contractor and attorney.We don't know the relationship, responsibility and connection of this person related to the filing party and his role in this matter.Please clarify.We are Very
confused.
