Review: After cancelling my account in both May and June, Pure-Voice.net continues to bill my PayPal and reinstate my account without my consent. They claim to not have any records of my cancelling and in June, I went as far as to delete the server I was subscribed to through their website, but it simply got replaced again.At this point, they leave no options to get this resolved.Desired Settlement: Last month, I was okay with just cancelling a second time. Mistakes sometimes happen and I would have been okay with just cancelling it properly on the second attempt. With no resolution in sight at this point, I would like to have the past 2 payments refunded and some sort of assurance that this will not occur again next month.
