One man show
This guy Bobby is full of promises in the beginning until you have a problem with your unit. After a short 3 years my water softener started to fail. After calling Bobby he said to go to his web page a request a service order. 2 weeks later without hear anything back from Bobby I called him to inquire about the status on the service order. His response was that weird I usually get a notification. Which sounded like BS. So he said he’d come out to my home and take a look at it. The guy is clueless when it comes to troubleshooting the unit. Then goes on to asking me if I want a job to service his units. Hahaha. Then goes on by saying he can’t find anyone who wants to work.
Ok so fast forward another two weeks he’s tells me I’ve got a guy to come and pick up the unit to service at another location and ask me to provide my credit card information to charge me $495. I responded absolutely not. I do not pay for service upfront and I’m definitely not going to text you my credit card information. Big red flag.
So he said he’ll pick it up himself. What kind of business is this guy running?
Ok so fast forward another two weeks he tells me I’ve got a technician to come to your house to service the unit for free. Oh now for free. Ok. Hahaha.
The guy or technician as he described never showed up.
If you are reading this before you are thinking of purchasing from this incompetent company “Pure Water Scamer”, lol. Run away. Do your self a favor and go with a reputable company that has been around for years and actually has the staff to service their customers. And not a guy who came up with an idea on how to scam the very same people from his community.

on september 13, 2021 I bought the filter from mr bob, who is the owner of pure water changes company, https://www.purewaterchanges.com, when the filter was sold, he said that it would be sent several monthly cleaning products, such as hair shampoo, hand soap, deodorizer cleaner, loads of laundry, bottles all purpose cleaner, bottles dish soap, among others, but he never sent any of the products, even though I sent him several messages

True professionals. We love our water softener. We no longer have water spots on our shower door anymore.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! HIIGH PRESSURE SALES SNAKES, TRY TO TAKE EVERY PENNY THEY CAN OUT OF YOU, FALSE ADVERTISING, OWNER IS A CON I was approached by them as they were going door to door promoting their business with "promises" of a $100 gift card if you let them do a water demonstration. That being said..why not, right? I actually was interested in getting a water purification system already anyways. The lady who was doing the door to door scheduled someone to come at 1PM the next day.

The next dya I get back home in time to not miss the appointment. 1PM comes and no one is there, so I walk my dog around the block buying time. While around the block some lady calls me asking me where I am being the lady I was supposed to meet some 20 some mins ago.

I walk up to some middle aged lady in her street clothes next to a running mini van with who appears to be perhaps some family member carting her around town to do her appointments. Ohhhkay.

She comes inside and begins setting her up equipment and while doing so aggressively bashes my cabinet so hard I have to check its not damaged. She proceeds to test my water to let me know how horrible it is just to quote me at 10, 000K for the gear!!!! I was struck and she could see , so then she says she can help me out and do it for 7 K and if I can't do that I can go get a loan from the bank?!!

I used to work door to door sales in pest control , so I know how hard jobs like this can be so the whole time I was trying to be as engaged and interested as possible and polite , but I told her I needed to think about it. Right when I said that her demeanor changed. I let her know I was thankful and grateful for her time and the presentation and she didn't say a word. I thought .. well , maybe she didn't hear me, so I said it again.. nothing. Then she in a fake condescending tone says " have a nice day "and storms out. I catch her before she leaves to ask about the gift card , which she never brought up and shrugs it off saying in a bothered tone that " someone will mail it."

I was left feeling VERY upset with the way this person by the name of I believe Alejandra I believe it was acted in my house, so I figred I would complain. I'm not much of a comlainer , but I felt this was justified so I call the company and leave a message and then owner calls me back. Bobby Pinson.

Bobby is very remorseful and interested in making things right. His way of making it right is tryong to sell me on the same equiptment at a "friends & family " rate of 3,500. He was very high pressure, just like his employee and I caved and said he could come by later. I later changed my mind after talking to my brother who has a water sytem and he sais his guy was fantastic and this other guy is ripping me off. So I texted bobby I had to think about it and he responded some some passive aggressive / fake polite text saying he wasn't surprised?? What does that mean ?? then next day texted him about the gift card, which he said is real and responded again with a passive aggressive/ fake nice text " oh, yes we alwyays follow through with what we say!" meaning I didn't follo through with what I said about wanting the system ?? Ohhakky man ! what a ***.

I yet to have gotten that promised gift card which I have in writing you get if you let them do a service inspection on your water.

These people are high pressure sales snakes, they are rude, and they try to get every penny out of you they can. ***

I actually did get a water purification system from another company and they were the opposite of these people! I went on the owner's *** to see what he ws like. At first glance he seems like a stand up dude. ***. Too bad none of that means anything if you live contrary to it. Sad really.

I used to work for him for two weeks, he has yet to pay me or anyone. I know what u say is real. Bobby is a hillbilly oiec of s[censored]. Fake Christian demon.

Wow. How I lived without a water treatment system and reverse osmosis system before today has blown my mind. I called Pure Water Changes on Thursday this week, had a water test and a great presentation on Friday. And by Saturday, they installed my new system. I really enjoyed working with Bobby, and I like that his company is family owned and local to my neighborhood. He's already checked in with me to make sure things are going well and that I'm enjoying my new water. The customer service that I've received so far has been amazing. In addition, my water quality is so much better now. I can taste and feel the difference immediately. Highly recommend!

Great Product, the best water I ever had, I would recommend this to anybody, no more bottled water

I have definitely noticed a difference in my home since becoming a customer of Pure Water Changes! Having a water softener has made everything shiny clean... my laundry is cleaner, my sinks are cleaner, and I can actually drink my water at home now! My showers are so much nicer, my hair feels softer. The difference has been night and day!

Pure Water Changes definitely does what they say! We noticed standing water next to our water treatment system and the Owner himself came out at 9 PM to check it out. Come to find out we had a sprinkler leaking and guess what! They even took care of it! I don't think anouther water treatment company in Florida would treat us like that!

Solicitation concern; Misleading info to elderly.
Late on a Saturday (around 7:30 pm), a knock on our door in rainstorm revealed a young woman in bright blue golf shirt with Pure Water on it. My elderly grandmother, with whom I live and co-own condo was caught off guard. As our condo assn clearly posts "no soliciting" signs, she believed the rep when we DIRECTLY asked if she was "affiliated with our water company." She paused and said, "Yes." (First clue). We asked if what she is doing was "mandatory" and she said since we moved, the water company "recommended" we have water checked. She definitely suggested she was acting as "agent" of our new water company. Being new, not knowing, and feeling pressured, we signed up for her appointment, until my aunt (former Law enforcement and current investigator for company) who was there said NO WAY, it's a solicitation and she made you think you had to do this. When my aunt called for us to cancel the appt, (as I am a call center employee and can't call during day and my grandmother was shaken), "Bobby" answered and was nice and then VERY sarcastic despite my aunt saying while the gal was "nice" she was also misleading to an elderly person. When directly asked why his person would say the water company recommended we do this, he said, "Wouldn't any water company want you to know you are drinking pure water?" (My aunt told him clever but no dice.) These tactics are so wrong, especially to prey on elderly people who just moved into a new home - I am sure the "test results" would have come back that "Oh you need X and Y product we have." My grandma would have probably been stressed over it. So poor marks for soliciting in neighborhood which prohibits it *** assn) and also for misleading sales techniques and pressure. Thanks.

Desired Outcome

Employees should be CLEAR and TRANSPARENT they offer a service - and yes they'll do "free" test but it is NOT ON BEHALF of a water company. This is misleading and false. Better customer service (not being defensive) when someone cancels the "water test" after realizing it is a sales pitch.

I am satisfied that there is resolution after the owner, Bobby, wrote a very nice message from their Facebook site apologizing for the conversation with my aunt. The owner explained that the employee was new and he would work with her on how she represented their service. The owners apology seemed very sincere and he offered to personally come out should we desire a water test in the future. We Are satisfied that this is resolved

Bobby did a fantastic job giving a demo to my family. We had a water filtration system at our previous home so we knew once we moved getting this installed was a priority. Our system was installed the same day with no issues. We love our fresh water. It makes a world of a difference. Highly recommend Pure Water Changes.

We had a water system from another company that did not do what they claimed. Their system used no salt which is not a whole home water softener. Plus our water had a bad smell even though we changed the anode rod in our hot water heater. Bobby came to our home and tested our water as showed us we had hard water even though we had what we thought a whole house water softener. We switched to Pure Water Changes and Bobby bent over backwards to help us. Now our water is the way it should be. Even one of our neighbors right across the street from us also uses Pure Water Changes. Our calls are returned very promptly and we received our cleaning products as promised. We highly recommend Pure Water Changes for anybody looking for a whole house water softener.

We are very happy with our purchase.
Bobby was honest and prompt, and he even came after the installation to check out how was done.
Thank you for working Bobby in this though times.
Now we enjoy our Pure water and will be for a long time.

We bought this filtration system about a year ago . The owner was very friendly when he wants to sell , told us if we move he will transfer it, at not charge. Was a nightmare once we request it . He said we had a communication problem but when you call him he doesn't answer the phone or If you text him he doesn't not who you are or what you are talking about.I have to write him an email cause he doesn't let you talk and hang up the phone. I'm trying to brig facts no opinion but I think he doesn't not have manners specially to women. About 3 times we wait at home for installation and plumber didn't show up.
No call , no message . Finally we get it install , plumber arrive around 7pm. Took 36 days for this to get done. About the quality of the product , we will see .
I'm afraid I have to hire someone else to test my water. I don't want to deal with a company that don't respect me as a client .

I saw Bobby working on a residence near my house and asked him for a estimate. He promptly came over throughly explained his system and how it operated and gave us a fantastic price. Based on what he said we choose pure water over several other contractors we had give us estimates. It appeared that his system was simply better than the others along with the price. He's been responsive when we have a question and has never tried to avoid us. We are very satisfied with our water system. No one is perfect so that is why we never give a 5 star rating.

This was the best purchase my family has ever made. Our water was brown, it smelled was terrible to bath or wash clothes. Thank god for Bobby and Pure Water Changes. We love our water!

Price was cheaper than the competitors, but I still have not received cleaning package and took almost 2 months to contact someone to help me on trying to receive it. He didn't come after installation to test the water like he said. I called and texted several several times and left voice messages and no call back.
