Pure Water Plumbing

[redacted] contacted me about doing a clean for a birthday party she was having on Saturday March 29.
I already explained to [redacted] that depending on the condition of the homes would determine the time of arrival and she was fine with that.

get back with her son before I could get in if she were already gone.
I tried calling the mother with the number [redacted] had given me and it was the wrong number. [redacted] gives me another number and I called it and it went straight 
to voicemail. Upon arriving [redacted]'s aunt was there to let me in. I did a walk thru of the home to see the condition and wrote her a reciept for the $250.00.
[redacted]s mom soon returned home with the children. My team and myself were already cleaning when she returned. we cleaned the home like every other home we clean on a daily basis. I did every single thing that is on the list. I personally wet wiped doors and baseboards, blinds covered in fingerprint dust from a break in  1 year earlier. I even spot wiped walls. The home was in very poor condition and took 3 of us over 4 hours to clean. After we were finished cleaning [redacted]s husband did a complete walk thru of the home and said everything looked great. 
After leaving I sent [redacted] a text telling her how much the weekly service would be since in the beginning she led me to believe you wanted a intial clean and continue weekly service. [redacted] responded with I am not home yet I will take a look  tonight and call you how much for bi weekly?  I didnt hear back from [redacted] so on [redacted] 2 I texted and said I could do biweekly for $95.00 a visit.  On [redacted] 3 she replies with a huge list of items she said was not completed. I could not receive the message and asked her to send it to my husbands phone. It was saying  spots on doors were missed, walls, a fan , tops of high furniture And some dirty spots on floors I did respond and say I would make sure those items were taken care of on her regular visits even after knowing majority would be from her having her party for the 2 year old. I was trying to be nice. I really dont think It is very fair for [redacted] to ask for a refund or me to reclean items she waited 6 days  to say were not completed.  I do not understand why she would not have contacted me immediatly when she came home if the home was not properly cleaned. [redacted]s husband, mother, 2 small children and a dog were in and out of the home the whole time we were cleaning. The mother even got on to the grandson for dragging rope across my trash pile. I had to resweep 3 times until they finally stayed in garage and played. The home was extremly dusty. Dust will resettle. I could not clean under the beds because there was stuff all under it her mom said get what we could because she didnt have time to clean under them when she was trying to pickup earlier in the day.  Handprints and dirt on walls will be from her party because I personally did all that myself. The same for any sticky or dirty spot we mopped 2 times.I do gaurentee my work Same day even 24 hrs later. We do not gaurentee it 6 days later after a 2 year olds birthday party. I have been in business since 2007 I take great pride in my company and I have a great reputation because we do what we are supposed to. I have Tons of refrences.  It is completly unfair [redacted] would ask for a refund or me to reclean for free. We take great pride in our work and her home looked 100% better. Im not sure how the better business will handle this situation but I am not giving her a refund or recleaning. I did the job right the first time and do not think its fair for someone to try to scam or take advantage of me.
