To whom it may concern, On 10/19/16 I was contact by [redacted] regarding the cancelation of their account. At that time [redacted] informed me that she had been referred from one person to another on multiple occasions in an attempt to resolve the account. Email attached:***, As... per our conversation, please let me know when you get the payout authorization from Darleen (PHS). This machine needs to be picked up as soon as possible. Thank you, [redacted] Purchasing Manager I informed [redacted] that I would contact [redacted] and get her a payoff invoice for their Agreement. I emailed [redacted] on 10/21/16 providing her with the payoff invoice from ***. On 10/28/16 I received an email with a purchase order for the Payoff invoice. Under our Agreement with ***, owner of the Agreement we are unable to remove equipment without prior written notice from ***. On 12/1/16 the account was still active in our service system and a technician went to the location to perform the Annual System Evaluation. The technician contacted our office upon arrival seeing the unit disconnected and not being used. He took the serial number and left the unit in place per policy. On 12/1/16 [redacted] contact Reed T [redacted] with Pure Water Solutions expressing her frustration that the unit had not been removed yet. I informed [redacted] that I would contact [redacted] to confirm receipt of payment and then schedule the removal if possible. [redacted] confirmed that payment of $179.85 was received on 11/28/16 and a balance remained. I informed [redacted] on 12/1/16 about the frustration the customer was going through via this email: From: Reed T [redacted] Sent: Thursday, December 01, 2016 4:13 PMTo: [redacted] CustSrv < [redacted] Cc: [redacted] < [redacted] Subject: Fwd: ###-###-####-SERV, To whom it may concern, Pure Water Solutions will be removing the equipment associated with this lease on either 12/1/16 or 12/2/16. The customer has attempted to resolve this account for over a year and been bounced around more times than they can count. Please see the attached email chain and the PO that the customer created for the payoff invoice and consider the account terminated once payment is received. Pure Water Solutions does not own the equipment and is strictly a service provider for [redacted] due to Pure Water Technology of Northern Utah closing. Pure Water Technology of Northern Utah was the company that originally signed the contract for ***. Please see the attached contract.
