This site is a scam and the person calling himself Matthew is not even his real name.
He asks for a deposit up front and then you never hear from him again. The address is not real.
I went to the door of the address given and they claimed not to know this person or what I was talking about. After calling again, my calls were rejected. No reponse to emails or texts.
