We moved to Georgia in 2011 and signed up with a company we picked out of a hat. Unhappy with their service, Pure Defense was going door to door at the time. Every pest control person that comes to my door has the same pitch, but Pure Defense seemed credible and the prices were reasonable, so we gave them a shot. The pest control service has been great (I hate bugs, a lot), and the customer service is always outstanding. We are still customers 5 years later and I have not had any reason to regret the decision.

PureDefense sent an associate out to our neighborhood and I had been procrastinating on finding pest control. Their natural and safe approach really hit home for me as my wife has severe allergies and we have 3 beloved pets. I had seen over 10 black widows and had spider webs all in my garage on the ceiling. I signed on and the result was way more dramatic than I can describe. I have not seen a single spider in my garage as I set out the traps they leave on their quartly visit. No ants or other pests in the least inside. I cannot speak highly enough of PureDefense. Try them and you will see.

PureDefense is arguably one of the best companies that I have dealt with. The entire staff is kind, helpful, and courteous. It is refreshing to deal with a company that is concerned with the quality of work and will do what they can to make the customer satisfied with services rendered.
