Review: Puree screwed up my 3-day Progression Cleanse in 2 significant ways: 1) they mislabeled the juices so that I unwittingly did Day 3 (the toughest day) on the first day of my cleanse. I noticed the error by matching the names of the juices to their published menu and called customer service, where they confirmed that the days had been mislabeled. They offered me a refund and said that someone would e-mail me the following day to get the refund sorted. Someone did e-mail me the next day, but instead of a refund for the product and poor service, they said they would only add $20 to my account with them - not NEARLY the value of the refund I had been promised on the phone. This e-mail occurred on Day 2 of my cleanse. That evening, I open up the final juice for the day and it was completely rancid - spoiled, curdled, etc...completely inedible. The same happened with the final juice for Day 3. I e-mailed them back to update them that not only did I expect a refund but also that two of the juices I had purchased had been delivered to me spoiled. I have e-mailed them several times since but they refuse to respond and more than a week has passed. Not only do I not have my promised refund from them, but their actions ruined the product/service I had purchased.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for 100% of the cost of the product and service.
