The machine is years old and needed serviceWe have been working with the person MrBowman since AprilHe has wanted to fix this himself, we have continued to assist in him repairing a product he has little knowledge ofIt is his prerogative to try, and again we have offered to have him send it in for service but he continues to try to repair We will continue to assist while he attempts to figure it out and fix itWe did send him wires last week and have heard nothing further at this time, possibly it works and there is no concern

Mr [redacted] , Your purchase on 11/30/was reported as damaged in shipping when you contacted our company on 12/29/We told you up front that we would replace the machine with a brand new one, along with some accessories that you reported missingWe requested a photo so that we could file a damage claim with ***Since it had been almost a month, we needed to get the machine back before sending a replacementWe filed the claim and requested a pick up from ***If your machine was picked up and redelivered to you in two days, it is evident that [redacted] made a mistake by returning it to you instead of usAs you are well aware we have been working with [redacted] daily to correct their error and pick up the product at the location you requestedWe will be more than happy to refund your money in full when the machine is on its way back and conclude any further need for communication regarding this matter.We are happy that your first purchase of the same machine worked out so well for you, that you purchased a secondUnfortunately, damages, shipping mishaps do happen especially during the holidays

Customer service is correct, the purchase is far outside the day return policyThey did offer you another extension at no charge but you hung up on them not accepting the offerIt was explained to you that you are using a machine for business purposes and heavy use which it is not designed for
The *** is advertised as "home use" onlyOur warranty as most companies is clear in our policies and in good faith we still are offering you another extension that may help youYou may also need new orings at your hose attachment

Ms*** had received a full refund to her request prior to this complaint handled through PaypalThere was an extraordinary amount of time spent with this customer to no avail

You have already spoken to a representative and more than likely have a hose in your possession at no charge as promised

We provided a prepaid label nearly two weeks ago and have not received the product back with the expectation of providing a full refund when the product is returned

Sorry I did not respond back but my complaint has not been resolved. I was away for the week of April 18th and just returned home 04/23. Customer service is correct, the purchase is far outside the 30 day return policy. They did offer you another extension at no charge but you hung up on them not accepting the offer.
It was explained to you that you are using a machine for business purposes and heavy use which it is not...

designed for. The [redacted] is advertised as "home use" only. Our warranty as most companies is clear in our policies and in good faith we still are offering you another extension that may help you. You may also need new orings at your hose attachment.

The machine is 4 years old and needed service. We have been working with the person Mr. Bowman since April. He has wanted to fix this himself, we have continued to assist in him repairing a product he has little knowledge of. It is his prerogative to try, and again we have offered to have...
