Rob R[redacted] is all over you like flies on honey prior to the $2000 sale, but then ignores your emails and phone calls afterwards. Customer service after the sale was horrible to non-existent. He promised to have RJ install a bypass valve in October 2015 due to air suction problems that occurred in the beginning of September 2015, right after installation. After leaving many more messages and emails, Pureion finally came out to fix the issue seven months later, but I had to endure being yelled at, belittled, and accused of lying by an egotistical maniac. They tried to shift the blame to me saying that the Shasta Pool experts incorrectly installed the bypass valve when they installed my pool in 2007, and that I somehow should have know that. I believe they are just using that as an excuse, because my system only started sucking air immediately after the Pureion Wave was installed and I have the emails to Rob to prove it. It also begs the question as to why they did not advise me it was supposedly improperly installed when they first installed the Wave. Somehow I was supposed to know, but the owner/supposed expert didn't even notice it. Without asking for any pictures, Rob said I needed a bypass valve and promised his company would take care of it to restore my system to the same functionality as before the system was installed. He subsequently ignored several follow-up emails and phone calls. Only seven months later has this issue finally resolved. The owner fixed the air suction issue and replaced the ion probe under warranty. Knowing what I know now, and having been treated so poorly by this company, I would have never done business with this company in the first place. They seem to see the customer as no more than a dollar sign. As the weather warmed up the pool once again became filled with algae. Rob had a professional pool company service the pool to make sure it was being "maintained properly," but less than a week after he eliminated the algae it has come roaring back again. The system does not work! I have repeatedly asked for a refund since the system has failed to perform as advertised. Buyer Beware, this is a scam!

Dear Revdex.com:
[redacted] failed to submit a complete report on the problems he was having with his swimming pool filtration system.  His did indeed result from a failure of his Haward Filter to properly bleed air from his filtration system.  The build up of air caused the pump...

to have difficulty priming. This is a somewhat common occcurance with that brand of filter.  [redacted] negelected to report in his complaint that he had already installed or had someone install a bypass line to allow the air to bleed into the return line.  The bypass line [redacted] installed or had installed was improperly installed.  On 29 April 2016 RJ W[redacted] with Pureion paid a visit to [redacted] - reinstalled the bypass properly and to our knowledge the syste is running properly.  [redacted] seemed "surprised" and "puzzled" by the improperly installed bypass and couldn't recall how it got on his system. Pureion's warranty requires that our system be installed on properly operating swimming pool systems.  In this case the problem resulted from and improperly operating pool filter.  To resolve the customer's problems Pureion provided the bypass and the service call as a courtesy at our cost.Sincerely,
Rob R[redacted]

Pureion , The Septor 7 is advertised as "chemical free" pool system. Once installed, 2014, algae started growing. Told to add 3 bags of shock. Algae gone, but returned the next week. Using shock defeats idea of chemical free. Included money back guarantee, however, refund was not given without a fight. Ultimately given through Credit Card when check bounced. In 2016, Channel 3 News with Gary Harper, did a news spot. Purion Wave, rebranded name to Septor 7 and Rob R[redacted] and RJ (Robin J W[redacted] ) are still selling their idea. Buyers need to watch AZFAMILY.com/3ONYOURSIDE before doing business with Pureion, or Septor 7... I have done 2 Yelp reviews about this product. Product doesn't work and customer service was awful.

Rob is serious;y misrepresenting some of the facts in this case.  First, when the company came out and installed their system, they did not advise me of an improperly installed bypass valve.  All equipment is as originally install ed in 2007 when the home was built and had not been altered until Pureion came out.  I had no idea what a bypass valve/line looked like and much less that it was improperly installed by the Shasta Pool experts. Second, only right after the system was installed did it began sucking air into the system. and I contacted the company right away in September 2015 as documented in the attached emails.  Without asking for any pictures, Rob said I needed a bypass valve and promised his company would take care of it to restore my system to the same functionality as before the system was installed. Conveniently, he left out the fact that after making the promise, he ignored several follow-up emails and phone calls.  Only seven months later was this finally resolved.  Furthermore, when Pureion came out to make the repair as promised, they did so, but I had to endure being yelled at, belittled, and accused of lying by an egotistical maniac.  Despite all this, I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution has been satisfactory to me considering the circumstances.  However, knowing what I know know and having been treated so poorly by this company, if I could do it over, I would have never done business with this company in the first place.   I will therefore reluctantly consider this complaint resolved.
