I apologize for the miss understanding and if my parts supplier would have been able to take this part back we would have gladly refunded the money and ordered the correct part. I did contact the manager at my supplier and advised him of the issue that the customer ordered the wrong part
number and he informed me that this was a non returnable part. There is only one sign with words in our office and is clear for customers to see what the return policy clearly stated. The customer called with the part number and that is what I ordered, if I would have looked up the part and it was our error I see no issue in "eating" the cost of the part, but since this was wrong do to the customers error I don't feel we should take the lossWe have helped save money for hundreds of people and I'm sorry this was not the case here

I am rejecting this response because:I find your reasoning very inexcusable. Other part suppliers that I have talked with this last week have no problems taking back parts from Samsung and LG.  You seem to be the onlyparts supplier that I have talked with that has this issue.I don't see how you can sell a part as new, and then once the transactions is made not warrant or correct any issues due to the brand.  What do you do with the parts (Samsung and LG) people order on the phone and then not show up to buy them?  It's a brand new part that is still in the packaging you gave me.  All I ask is that you let me return the part or exchange the part for the one I need.
