Thank you for sharing this information and experience. On 9/12/17 *** placed an order online for our trial offer of Purely Vibrant Skin Cream and Eye Serum. After the trial ends the customer is enrolled to receive the product monthly until they cancel. The terms are presented and agree to at the time of purchase. The monthly renewal occured monthly on the 26th until 5/31/18 when Ms. left a VM requesting to cancel her monthly renewal. We cancelled her subscription, reached out and left her a detailed voicemail, and sent her emails to confirm the cancellation was processed. As a courtesy we have issued a credit for the last supply billed on 4/26/18 in the amount of $190.78. We reached out on 7/24/19 and left a detailed voicemail in regards to the refund being processed. If *** has not yet returned the items they are hers to keep. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out to customer care Monday through Friday 8am to 8pm EDT or Saturdays from 9am to 6pm EDT.

Nothing has been done by Trey of Client Services Manager/ Purely Vibrant Skin Care. It turned out to be all lies. He did nothing while allowing his company to start billing/sending product to me a full year after cancellation. Please return my Revdex.com complaint to full status as he just gave me lip service for the crime of his company.

Four (4) email written requests to close account &refund unauthorized charges. Account *** (CustPO# B4FXXXXXXX) has supposed been closed BUT charges of $89..97; $89.92 and $95.94 have not been refunded. Response to my written request has been a voice mail to call customer service but NO refund.

We are very sorry for any inconveniences Ms. may have faced. Due to high demand, we offer trial subscriptions for our products which we have full confidence in. Our customers are allotted 14 days to try our products for only the cost of shipping, and once this expires if they do not call to cancel, they are then charged for the product in their possession and enlisted in our subscription catalog. New product is sent out every 30 days which is designed to save our customers the hassle of placing a new order every month. This is explained on our website but we regret if this information was missed.

We have searched through our database and found an associated account for Ms.. It appears she elected to try our serum in addition to the moisturizer trial that was initiated on February 28, 2019. Our records show that Ms. was refunded in full for the most recent charge on June 6, 2019; the transaction for $95.94. Today, we have refunded her for the remainder of those charges, making her refund total at $275.83. Those refunds will have been processed back into her associated bank account approximately 3-7 business days after it was processed on our end. We hope this resolves this complaint and regret that she was dissatisfied with our company.

This company refunded charges as requested. If the company intends to bill for 'free' 'trial' samples (which I will return, if requested) this information needs to be fully disclosed at initial contact/order. Additionally, I think one written request to terminate account and refund charges should be sufficient. I have a severe speech impediment and can not be understood easily but Purely Vibrant was insisting on oral communication, which was not necessary. My written requests should have been more than sufficient. I appreciate the assistance provided by the Revdex.com.

This company does a bait and switch on the initial offer,and then continues to charge my credit card account
I am being charged a monthly subscription fee for a free trial that did not say anything about a monthly subscription I saw an ad for a FREE TRIAL and only have to pay the $4.97.Instead my credit card was charged charged $89.92 for a monthly subscription that I did not see anything about, did not consent to or sign up for.Then I received a 2nd shipment which I did not authorize. I was charged an additional $94.59.The first product came with no shipping or packing slip. I had no way to contact the company. The 2nd order had a packing slip with a phone number which I called immediately. I informed them I did not want the product and asked how to return it and get my money back. They told me that was not an option. They offered me a 25% discount ,but I explained that I was not interested in receiving additional product at a discount, I wanted to return the product and get my money back.I asked to speak to a supervisor and was transferred 3 times. Each time someone new got on the phone, I was disconnected. After asking to speak with a manager I was then offered another discount" of another 25% for a total of 50%. When I asked what company was billing my credit card I was disconnected again.

I wish to return the product and get a full refund and NOT have my credit charged at all.

We have searched through our database and found an associated account for Ms.. It appears she elected to order our moisturizer trial on March 15, 2019. Our records show that Ms. called in on May 5, 2019 was offered a partial refund to keep the product and avoid the trouble of sending it back to us and declined this offer before her call was dropped. Upon seeing her continued dissatisfaction with our company however, we have sent her a refund in the form of check for her first and second orders. That will be sent out today and should arrive to her address within the next 5 business days. We hope this resolves this complaint and regret that she was dissatisfied with our company.

Today is August 7, 2019. This case has not been resolved. I did not respond because I was told that I was being issued a refund. Purely Vibrant also said in their response to you that they would issue a refund check to me, but that was FALSE. They did not. I spoke with supervisors several times and was provided different info each time. On July 31, 2019 I spoke with Andrew (supervisor) he told be he would send me return authorization labels and provided me with return credit numbers. I never received the labels and called back today and was given different info. Today I spoke with Sean or Shawn (supervisor) and he said this case is closed they will not issue a credit. This is a BAIT & SWITCH COMPANY AND THEY ACT FRAUDULENTLY.
Please post this information. The public needs to know

The company has not addressed my issues. In their answer to Revdex.com they said they sent me a refund. They did not. To the contrary they have stated that they've closed the case and will not refund my money. I have come to find out that the $4.75 come on ad that was advertised is only for shipping NOT for the product. If you do not cancel within 14 days ( nit even enough time to rest the product) they charge your account. By the time you realize what happened, they send a second shipment and charge your account again. When you call to cancel they haggle with you and offer you a discount but do not offer you a way to return the product and get a refund. What a racket they have going on. I tried to fight the charges thru my credit card company but supposedly they have a disclaimer on their website (which I never visited or saw) I ordered from an ad...that you they have a no refund policy and that allows them to get away with scamming people
They do not provide you with a way to return the product and get your money back. I'm out $189.56. BEWARE

Company advertised trial serum at cost $4.97 then immediately charged my account $34.92 when I realized this I cancelled order. Purely Vibrant cancelled the order and refused to return the full amount. The first reason was that I cancelled to late. The trial was listed for fourteen days. My order was made on April 8th I cancelled April 12th. After speaking to five different people, including two supervisors, they offered me $12.57 back. I refused and told them "why would you volley back and forth with me instead of just refunding all of my money." Of course I was put on hold to speak with someone else, to no avail. This company also took $19.99 out of my account for some diet pills. Their response to this was "this wasn't our company." This order came out at the same time the serum order did like within minutes of each other. So now I'm trying to find out what other company was automatically included. I contacted my bank to place a dispute hopefully they can find out the name of the other company because I haven't had any luck.

The Customer care team offered discounts off the purchase for any confusion while ordering. On 4/24/19 Our quality assurance reached out and issued a refund of $34.92 and $4.97 to your account. The $19.99 charge in question was not billed by us. You can keep the items as a gift. I ordered this as a free sample. Got sucked into buying a bottle and they are now continuing to send me product the I did NOT order. I tried calling the customer service number 3 times and waited over 5 minutes each call before it automatically hangs up and you havevto call back. I want my orders cancelled.

We give Customers 14 days to try a full 30-day supply of our product for just the cost of shipping and handling. After the trial period ends, if the customer has not contacted us to either cancel they are billed for the original supply at its normal retail price. This is a type of 'Try Before You Buy' program we offer.

On 2/23/19 *** placed an order online with us. Then on 3/9/19 that trial ended and he was billed the purchase price of $89.92. The monthly renewal recurred on 4/9/19 for a total of $94.89 ($89.92 purchase price and $4.97 shipping). We have cancelled the monthly renewal and sent a confirmation email to ***@gmail.com for your records.

We have issued a full refund of the purchase price of the products on 4/17/19. This gave Ms. two refunds, One for $89.92 and one for $94.89. In total he was refunded $184.81. We have attempted to reach her and left a detailed voicemail regarding this matter. *** is welcome to keep the products as she is under no obligation to return them to us. If there is any further information or assistance we can provide please do not hesitate to reach out.

fraudulent Charges by Purely Vibrant under Safe eye serum and Heathy skin.
On 2/25/2019 I ordered a sample of the healthy skin serum from purely vibrant, I made sure there were no hidden 15 day trials and I would only pay $1 with a 4.97 s& h. then they offered the eye serum for s&h. I checked and double checked that there were no hidden recurring charges. when I received it I did not like the texture so I didn't use it anymore after 1 or 2 uses. on 3/11 I received a charge for 89.97, I didn't actually catch it until 3/19 when another of the charges this time for 89.92 on 3/18 showed up. I called my bank and they informed me of who it is. so I called them and I told them I wanted my money back they said that the 15 day trial is over and I cannot get my money back. I pleaded with them that they cannot do this, I have to pay my bills, they offered me back half the money insisting that these charges are not fraudulent, Do I agree to that? I told them no I don't agree, I need the whole thing back and after talking to a few people I spoke to Jacob the floor supervisor and he said half is all he can do, I told him I will return the merchandise and he finally agreed after another half hour on the phone. He gave me an RMA number *** and the address of PO box 23901 St Petersburg, FL 33742 and I should call back with a tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and I have been trying ever since to call and you are put on hold until it hangs up, when you call back it doesn't even acknowledge you, just throws you back into a cue and they never answer. I have been calling for over a week for 3-4 hours at a time.

On 2/23/2019 *** placed an order online for Purely Vibrant skin cream and eye serum.Then on 03/09/2019 that trial ended and she was billed the purchase price of $89.97 and $89.92. On 03/21/2019 *** contacted customer service to cancel her monthly renewal and per her request she was cancelled. A cancellation email was sent to confirm the cancellation for her records. We did schedule Ms. to return her items back for a refund of $179.89. Normally we would issue a refund once the items are received back.

Because of the confusion we decided to issued a full refund of the purchase price of the products on 04/26/2019. This gave Ms. two refunds, One for $89.92 and one for $89.97. In total she was refunded $179.89. We have attempted to reach her and left a detailed voicemail regarding this matter. If she hasn't yet sent the lotion back, she is welcome to keep the product as a gift. Tricky adverizement.
Order number *** placed on 2/23/19. Went to their site via a Facebook post to try the product for free, if not satisfied, would be charged shipping. Got to website, placed order for the pay shipping only trial, then got sent to another product to try for free. Put it in my cart and saw a total of $39.89! I NEVER HIT CONFIMR PURCHASE. Next thing I know, I received an email confirmation! I emailed back immediately to cancel because I never hit confirmed. Received an email to call them, email wasn't enough. Products arrived, and I decide it wasn't worth the hassle to return. I would suck up the $39.89. Next thing, they are trying to repeatedly charge my card $89.92! I had to freeze my credit card to protect myself!

Stop charging my card. I want an email stating nothing is due them because I do NOT want them to send this to collections because they are a scam. If they want their "free" sample back, I will gladly mail it back. I have not opened either product because I am scared what this company will do.

I have not even had the product for a week. After asking to speak with a manager and not being able to, I said that I would dispute it with my bank and file a complaint. I was then offered an "employee discount" of another 25% for a total of 50%. I told Max that I would just make my dispute and deal with it that way.
I need my $89.92 put back in my account immediately.

The company charged my credit card $89.92 on 10/1. When I called to find out what the charge was for, they stated that it was for my monthly subscription. I explained that I never signed up for it, and they said it was under their terms & conditions on their website.
When I tried to go on & look at the terms & conditions, I couldn't find them. I asked for them to cancel the subscription. They said they would cancel, but they refused to issue a credit to my card, stating that was the charge for the full size product. I told them that I was unhappy with the product and that I would return it, and they said I had 14 days to return it from the original date. They offered to give me a 50% discount, to which I replied, I was not happy with the product and did NOT want it.
I believe the company is a scam. Now when I go on their website & click on the free trial section, it brings you to a different website.

After filing a dispute with my credit card company, the merchant finally issued me a credit.

never got refund
we ordered trial bottle, on 8/23.18 eye cream and skin cream.
no where did it say about reacquiring shipments. We got billed for $89.97 on 9/7 for eye stuff and the skin cream 89.92 9/8/18 ---i tried to stop it called email etc. no one calls back or answers.I had to cancel my debit card. never got refund nor did get anymore product!!
